One of the best Universities to study

Our college is having the best management as when I usually discuss with my friend I feel so lucky to have got admission in Chandigarh university as we are being taken properly and the, in addition, we are even having Student welfare department that takes care of the same.

Exam curriculum in our institute is inspired from many of the leading institutions around the world making our curriculum more research driven and competitive when it comes to comparison with other institutes. Exams are conducted semester wise and so are the distribution of credits.

We at Chandigarh University have the best placement drives in entire India we have had 100% successful placements from last year and this year will not be an exception. The tentative percentage of students placed last year was 60%. Many of the renowned companies come up in our campus and only the selected and most suitable students for that particular job are sent to the panel so that every student is placed in a right firm suited for the same.

Chandigarh University is known for its celeberation in every event may it be tech fest, may it be tusshhan night, may it be student fest, holi celeberation and many other event where the celebs are invited to delight us students with their performance. All in all this university is having this as the main USP that every major movie release is having its promotion at chandigarh University.

The fee structure is very feasible for the students who dream to have a platform for international exposure as our university is having tie-ups with many of the major universities around the world making it easy for students to apply for an exchange program and explore opportunities outside India.

If I would have scored above 85% I would have got an annual scholarship of 10% which is only maintained if the annual cgpa is maintained above 75%.

Our campus has a great diversity of students studying here as there many students who have a home here for an exchange program from other countries like U.S, Canada and many other countries. When I talk about the gender ratio there is no data regarding the same as there would be more girls in the design field or there would be more guys in the mechanical field.

Hostel facility is also one of the main USP of the college as here u get a perfect environment to feel like home. We are having super friendly warden to take care of us and we are having inbuilt gymnasium and what's more, is the quality of food that is being provided to us which is just amazing and we have the full control of changing the menu and complaining about the quality.

We have really strong alumni as there is a regular 1-year alumni meet where we call all the most successful alumni to our college and share their experience and insight for our college.

I gave my NATA exam and based on the cutoff of +2 marks and the marks obtained by NATA I got admitted out there. Since I am from Architecture department learnings are practical based and there are rarely any theory subjects. Every submission is accompnied by a Jury which helps us analyse our mistakes and a way ahead.

We have studios which are as long as 6-7 lectures a day giving us a full day to work on a problem and analyse the same. We have studios at least twice a week making it easier for us to get our problems corrected the same week are introduced to the same.
