College is one of the top engineering college of the UP.

Course curriculum is based on DR. A.P.J. Abdul Kalaam technical University, and is theoretical as well as practical. Labs are there for every subject to practice what we learn in theory and to implement what we learn. Apart from studies there are lot of extra curriculum activities in the college which makes student active in other things apart from studies.

Placement is average in the college, ONLY CS and IT branch students have good opportunities of placement in the college, remaining branch students will have very less scope of placements. Either they will get placed in IT company or they will remain unplaced.

There are lot of events apart from studies. There are technical as well as sports, cultural and other non technical events in the college. Technical event like Gantavya is there where all technical competitions are there. Like robotics, programming, chess and many more. Other events like sports events which have cricket, football, chess, carrom and basketball. And cultural events like abhivyakti which includes singing, dancing, acting, fashion show etc.

Fees is not that much expensive in the college, it is bearable for a middle class student and for low class students they can apply for various scholarships like state government or Central government scholarships for paying the fees. Even college also provide scholarships to few meritorious students.

Yes I opted for state government scholarship and I availed it by applying it and also received its benefit.

Gender ratio is good in CS and IT branches. We have around 40-50% girls in the branch but in other branches like mechanical and civil there are few girls. This is same in most of the colleges. Girls generally prefer CS/IT branches for b.tech and only few girls opted for mechanical and civil.

Every year our college organise alumni meet in which the pass-out students of the college can come and meet the faculties and there friends and can spent good time and remember their college days.

There is state entrance exam to get the admission in the state colleges which are affiliated to state technical universities. The exam name is UPSEE and based on the rank, counselling will be done for the students and they will get the college accordingly.

Faculty is well learned, they have deep knowledge of the subject. If you are interested in the studies then faculty will do their best to let you understand the subject and get the knowledge. Teachers are friendly and very helpful. Apart from studies there are other activities in which facilities also take part and compete with students.
