GNLU Gandhinagar is a gifted college!

Placement Experience:

It's the law firms more than the corporate houses as 2025 placements session was a record breaker for all. Average placements rose to 1200000 and highest placements was of 26 lakhs this year as some students got itno much decorated law firm Khaitan.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the major reasons why I chose this course was that this was very unique , bsc in data science along with LLB is very new in the market, although it has it's own drawbacks, in the real world, there is not much demand for technocrat lawyers right now but with time this will increase. The major improvement would be the inclusion of other fields of law like IP, arbitration etc. There are three components for exams, one is mid sems which is held in the starting two months of the semester and after two months is the end sems. The semester are pretty short which is why we get time for internships and which provides us very nice exposure for real-world.

After 4th year, students are eligible to sit for placements. Some students also receive a pre-placement offer in the 4th year itself. The students are first prepared for day zero, i.e., placement day, beforehand by conducting a mock interview, which is a voluntary session conducted by the placement committee. CV Vetting workshops are also conducted in the eighth semester because at the end of the 8th semester, the placements are made where tier-1 companies like Khaitan, AZB Partners, CAM, SAM, Trilegal, etc. In-house firms like Adani, ICICI Bank, Tata, and more come for recruiting students. Some students sit for placement; others who want to prepare for government exams like judiciary, UPSC, Public Prosecutor, etc. refrain from sitting in placements.

I gave CLAT UG and my rank was 412. So, for all the CLAT aspirants of general category if they want admission in GNLU which is the 4th ranked NLU in the country, they have to have a rank below 500. I applied to various colleges like NIRMA, Bhariya Vidyapeeth College, where I got confirmed admission, and NLSIU in the NRI quota but was not accepted. Then, I was selected in GNLU, and I chose it because it is a premier law university that provides one with sports, academics, internships, and all sorts of opportunities. The students also get an opportunity to intern under a professor of their liking, help them is writing their research paper, and are given monthly stipends. GNLU is a member of the CLAT consortium, where one can only get admission through getting a good eligible rank in CLAT or through sports or NRI quota. The overall admission experience is quite smooth. If the student gets selected, they will be provided an opportunity for counseling. After passing it, the student will be required to make a payment to reserve their seat, and after completion of the counseling, the seats are declared, and streams are alloted to the students as per their preference....Read More

GNLU secures future

I just gave Clat and with a rank of 453, the best college u could get was GNLU, NALSAR and NLSIU are for top 300 studnets. So, probably the best college I have been a part of.
