Siddharth Law College Admission

Admission in Siddharth Law College is based on the merit achieved in the qualifying examination. The admissions committee prepares and posts a merit list on their college notice board and some local newspapers. The eligibility criteria for admission is as per the regulations of the Bar Council of India.

Applications are accepted through the official website of Gujarat University. The following steps can be followed:

Visit the official website of Gujarat University. At the Student’s Corner, click on Admissions.
Register and make an account using your mobile number. You will receive a special PIN number after successfully registering on the site. This will be used while applying for admission.
Select the course and fill in the necessary details.
Upload the relevant documents.
Make payments for the application through online banking, credit/debit cards, or online wallets.
You will also be assigned a local help center for the submission of documents when called for reporting.

Some of the facilities of the college include:

Academic Activities: Students actively participate in activities like Debate, Quiz and Moot Court, Essay Writing, and Group Discussions. Apart from this they also participated in various Inter-Collegiate Competitions and brought laurels to the college.
Sports: Students of the College Participate in different Indoor Games like Chess, Table Tennis, Carom, and Outdoor Games like Cricket, Volleyball, etc. The college Conducts Inter Class Sports Competitions and winners of the same represent the College in Gujarat University South Zone Inter Collegiate competitions.
Study Tours: Study Tours are organized by the College twice a year. Visits to Various Law Colleges and Legal Institutions and other Tours were also Organized.

Ans. All students are required to pay INR 175 for the PIN. As part of payment fees, male students are required to pay INR 500, and female students are required to pay INR 200.

Ques. How many faculty members are there?

Ans. There are 1 principal and three assistant professors. This concludes the teaching faculty. In addition, there are also 6 non-teaching faculty members.

Ques. Does the college have a placement cell?

Ans. Yes, there is a placement cell in the College. The College helps the students to get placement in law firms or at the office of senior advocates or informs the students about the competitive examinations requiring special knowledge of the law, such as Judicial Magistrate (First Class) and Civil Judge Examination, Law Officer or Recruitments under Law enforcement Agencies, etc.
