Remarks
The positive remark is it's large infrastructure, the food they serve in hostels is good and every student is provided with a Proctor who takes care of the student for the entire time the student studies in the campus and the negative remark is the large intake of tamil staff.
Course Curriculum Overview
As per the exam structure, you have 3 exams. Cat1, cat2 and fat. Lab exams are conducted separately. The course is quite good. Yes if you want to focus on research. This course is good. No. The labs and exams are quite balanced.
Placement Experience
I am a 1st year and well I have only heard about placements. And every semester we have placement trainings taken in collaboration with smart, face and ethnus. Our soft skills and aptitude skill will be improved in a considerable amount.
College Events
Rivera, which is for the enjoyment of students and many great celebrities will attend this event. This is a 4 day event. Gravitas, is a technical fest where technical events are conducted and this is conducted for 3 days.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For my course it is 2 lpa as I am for 1st category. During the process of counselling depending upon the marks you score the category is selected and based upon the category you will have your fee structure for the rest of your study in the college
Fees and Financial Aid
The loan facility is available for the college under a specific name only for the students studying in vit and it also has scholarship for the students whose parents annual income is less than 1 lakh.
Campus Life
For every entertainment and technical fest conducted there are workshops, sports conducted. There are special clubs for the sole purpose of sports and cultural activities, such as music club and dance club. There are clubs for every culture even.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel infrastructure is great, the hostel rooms are spacious and clean and the rent per annum depends upon the room you choose there are 2 bedded 4 bedded 6 bedded available there are categories for AC and nonAC.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, sure they are helpful and some may be even mischievous but not so much that it effects us deeply. Ragging and other issues are take care of. The alumni network runs the clubs and the chapters in vit.
Admission
The course is of less cost and beneficial. We can complete 7 years of Mtech and Btech in only 5 years. And if you want to do this course, there is no other place in India best than VIT. The admission process is based upon the marks you secure in your 12th standard.
Faculty
There are all kind of professors are present in VIT. If you interested in subject you can opt teachers who teach good and if you just wanna pass the subject and leave it you can choose professors who are supportive and make you pass the subject.
