College review

For B.Tech. it is a good college but For MCA I will not recommend this college even now they are shutting down this course due to lack of admissions. Earlier it was good for both because it was not easy to get admission here only those with good rank can get their admission. But now students with very poor rank can also get admission may be due to less competition.

Exams and labs were there. It was chilled if you are regular. There are six semester in MCA, twice a year. After six months there are final exams and before that college also conduct 3 times internal exams where minimum 2 are important to attend.

For MCA students there are very few opportunities. Even when I was in my last year that year only one company came for placement in which I was placed. But eventually almost all the students got the job outside the campus. But for B.Tech. there is lot of opportunities are there. But for MCA, department head try to call multiple companies by contacting our alumnies.

Zealicon is conducted every year in the college which last for 4 days there are multiple technical, cultural events are there. It is conducted during March or April. One more thing is there which is sports meet which is conducted near October. In this there are multiple tournament are conducted like cricket, football, tennis, batminton etc. You can participate if you good in any sports activities.

I found it is expensive because what ever we are paying we are not getting that quality of education atleast in MCA. I was a MCA student. At present they have closed MCA due to lack of admission. But in my time teachers was not that great except for few. But now all good teachers already left. But not sure about B.Tech. they also charge WiFi, which I found very useless. You won't find proper network in many areas of the college. If it does speed is very poor. In my thouree years once I tried to use it but it didn't work. After that I never used that is why I think it is useless.

College doesn't offer any loan or scholarship. But you can apply for scholarship, if you are meeting certain criteria then you can avail it from government. Government provide scholarship to every student.

For extracurricular activities they conduct various technical workshops and some coding competitions. Also we are informed if any other colleges is conducting any coding competitions or workshop. My current HOD contancted one of our alumni which is in Microsoft. He conducted a workshop in Microsoft gurgaon.

I was a PG students and for PG, hostel is not available. It is only available for all B.Tech. Students. For PG girls if seats are vacant then only available. You can found many private hostel outside the campus in very cheap rate.

Yes they are very helpful specially our HOD if you ask for help like in placement or something else then he may contact to our alumni for help our HOD is in touch with many alumini. Our alumni are also very supportive.

I had given utter pradesh technical university entrance exam for MCA. After that I got some rank and based on my rank I got this college. After college is allotated, I submitted my fees and all required documents.

When I was there as a student there are less faculty with proper knowledge of the course. You have to study on your own. But this is the case with MCA course only. In B.Tech. there are good faculties.
