Remarks

No the is no negative remarks. As passed out students and current students are happy with my college because we are treated so good and friendly in our campus.and the faculty are very good with every students and parents.

Course Curriculum Overview

Good course curriculum. The course structure is depending on the syllabus given and prescribed by the board of the engineering i.e. VTU. it's according to updated technology the syllabus is given and tecahed.

Placement Experience

Yes good there is an average of 95% placement activity in our college with top and best companies coming to our college to recirut the students and the offer letter will be provided very fast compared to other colleges.

College Events

Annual fest every one year. Ethic fest Department fest's Sports - inter department and inter college sports Cultural fest with fashion show DJ night with good crowd Auditiurom fest for each month. Crowd is very good and large

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible compared to other colleges our college fees structure is good. Each and every person can afford it from rich to low people students can easily paid and loan facility is also provided at any time.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes it's according to govt rules and regulations the scholarship is awarded to reserved catagouirs depending on the gardens and performance of the student the loan and scholarship is awarded to every student

Campus Life

Very good every month there will be inter department sports activity and awards will be given for each different sports played by students and teachers and there will also be inter sexual orientation in sports game.

Hostel Facilities

No I stay in Bangalore which is located 15kms far from my home so I usually travel in college bus which is very affordable and so I don't stay in hostel. Hostel is also very good and maintain by our college.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Very good and interactive tecachers when alumin students arrive. They also share there experience during there studies and after leaving college how difficult the world is. And give us inputs of how to tackle the world

Admission

Very easy and fast admission process will be completed within 30mins after applying the fee payment is made thourough cannara bank which is in our campus which gives faster fee payment option compared to other colleges

Placement Experience:

Last year due to recession the placements were low comparatively. From semester 7 onwards we are eligible for campus placements. I do not exactly have the correct statistics, but all the students who tried outside got the jobs easily. Highest package 32 lacks and least goes upto 3 lacks per annum. Last yearpercentage of students placed is 66 and before that it was more than 90 My plan is to get a good job, after the degree and if I cannot get a good job then I will go for higher studies abroad.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements by the start of the 7th semester, and the internships by the 5th semester. Since Mangalore has many MNCs, most of the campus drives start with those companies. We have an average package of 18LPA and it varies according to each branch of engineering. Mostly all the computer science-related branches have 23LPA as their average and the core branches have 14LPA. Almost 95 per cent of the students get placed. The highest package has even crossed 50LPA.

Things you should know about presidency University

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the computer science was booming and also beeing an aspiring student towards that field I had decided to do CSE. The curriculum is was less practical towards the real world applications. They should have include industry professionals to teach they would have better knowledge and experience. Every one we used to have exam like mid term , FA, and end terms. Placement Experience:

They are eligible for placements after 4th semester and the placements are average, a lot of companies have visited I can't say them all ex like Infosys, TCS , and a lot of American and Taiwanese companies, the highest place ment in this campus was around 28lpa and average is around 1L and the percentage of students getting placements are below average like every other college cause this mostly depends on you and not the college its all based on your skill set. My plans are to get a job with a good lpa and I'm confident about that because I have a good skillset which would benefit the companies.

The cutoffs vary for different streams. As I joined through Comet ke examination the cut off for me was around 30000 in the third round of comedk counseling for the course of information science and engineering. There are three internals that are conducted on a monthly basis and the same and examination is conducted every semester. The difficulty level of the examinations is medium.
