Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is mostly as per VTU only. In 1st semester subjects are physics, c programming etc In 2nd semester subjects are chemistry, c and unix etc From the 3rd semester core subjects starts like data structure, oops etc

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 98000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is as follows: 1) if you got admission through kcet fees will be 98k. 2) if got snq(super numerary quota) your fees will be 311(i got the snq quota). 3) management fees will be 2lakhs per year for computer science.

Campus Life

The annual fest is called NIRMAN which will held in and around March or April. Local celebrities will come to this fest. The college has huge library. Plenty of books were their one can utilize the library very easily.

Admission

I have choosen this college because it is nearer to my home town and on weekends i can come to my home I didn't get any rejection because i have applied through kea counseling. One can take admission through kcet or management. It is best to take admission through kcet Kcet is state entrance exam to take admission in various courses across the karnataka state.

Faculty

The college has legacy of over 60+ years and the most of the faculties are Phd holders. But the way of teaching is very poor. The understanding is very less. If you want take in local area only then take this college.

Night Life

There is no night life thing in this college. Most of the students are localities and day scholar. Around the college their are many cafes to hangout with friends. Do enjoy your college life and make your college life memorable

a good college with good atmosphere and placements

Placement Experience:

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

The college i go to

So basically the college which I am in very popular and very good back in the days people from other states used to come and study here and it was one of the good colleges in North Karnataka because the experience faculty was good and people had knowledge but now as we know the the stream computer science and other branches are booming and the AI is booming so the new faculty people need to catch up on it and the reason I couldn't go to other colleges is because of my ranking so get good result in your 12th and kcet n comedk due to which I couldn't go to other colleges...Read More
