Remarks

The college is not fully built but Only basic facilities are availble to us and the college is built far away from City and civilization which is a problem for us. Rules are strict for leaving the campus. Positively we have basic facilites which are very good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is good designed in a way that almost all point cover the basic graduation exam syllabus such as GATE too other than this we have the freedom to choose our own courses And they are good.

Placement Experience

Good the placement is good all students of first MCA batch all students were placed the placement cell notifies us of all the internship opportunities it had found for us. We have frequent industrial visits too.

College Events

Only one techno Cultural and sports event Advitya thay is organized in late March every year under this we have so many events and many colleges are invited too for participation. Other than this we have events organised as solo thouroughout the year

Fee Structure And Facilities

A bit expensive as the compared it asks us minimum of 1.95 lakh rupees which is quite expensive for a middle class family and they ask us to pay the fee all at once.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides only one scholarship that is given to those who score above some rank in form of fee waiver or Cash prize. Also it provides free education to all district topper boy and girl.

Campus Life

The Sports here are good we dont have proper infrastuctred pools and minimal grounds and courts are available. We dont have a coach also the labs are good well built and provided with all equipments and facilities

Alumni/Alumna

We have only 1 batch of alumni. As it is a newly established University they were good enough to tell us about the jobs and interview things and thats all rest I. Dont have much to write still.

Admission

Gave the Entrance exam we were given ranks on basis of marks we scored and then we were given a time slot to attend admission counselling there we selected our branches out of remaining seats in each branch

Faculty

The faculty here is all Phd. in their respective fields and are freindly and helpful in nature they allow us to organise workshop meet their networks. They provide us with the practical exposure of each topic

After 6th semester you will Elligble for in campus placement and their are many internship and placement providing apps which are connected with our college like Internshala and our college also has own incubation center where students can brings their startup ideas and if they like your startup they will invest on it and student also got chance to get internship on that and got certificate and highest package is of 1.2 cr off campus and Average pacakge is of 5 to 6 lpa and their is basically 85 to 90% placement rate and my plan is to become ai ml engeener and grow in AI area

The highest package crosses 60 lakhs, while the average is aroung 10-12 lpa. over 85-90% of eligible stduent get placed. After graduation , I plan to pursue career in software development and research.

overall its a good cllg but yes some pros and cons are here which i discussed .

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in this cllg as they provide us many oppertunities . many companies visit here like google microsoft, visa , motorq, and many other big brands to provide internships and jobs it depends on students how they prepare themselves and si there with full conidence to achieve something big in life as i told u have to work hard and also those people nreally work hard vit bhopal is always with those people .

Placement Experience:

so in our college 1st year we have 2 semesters and n 2nd year we have 3 semesters and in 3rd year we have 3 semesters so 8 semesters already get completed and students are eligible to sit in placement from 3rd year . You can get internships in 3rd year as well if you have good grades and you are ready to grind . Talking about companies that visit for placements are Delloite , JP morgan Palo alto, De shaw and Co. My plan is to just have good gpa and get job asap

there are not much chances of placement as the student strength has increased drastically, students become eligible for placement from 3rd year, also as per the documentations there are more than 12z companies like hcltech, microsoft etc but not every documentation is correct so the chances of getting placed at campus is significantly low so i am planning to pursue higher studies and opting for gate

Placement Experience:

You become eligible to sit for placements in 7th semester , that is , in your 4th year. There are companies like Google, Amazon, Deloitte, Accenture, Axxela, American Express, BNY Melon, Adobe , Goldman Sachs, Samsung, Optum, Oracle, etc. But in other IITs which are also 2nd generation, more companies (around 50) comes for on campus placements . The highest pay is mostly for Software development and Quant roles. Last year it was around 1 Cr per annum of a Computer Science student which is really great. And the average package was around 25-26 Lakhs per annum. Last year , around 88% of all students including B.tech and M.tech got placed with decent salary.

Whether you should join VIT bhopal or not

other college i applied were vssut , jaypee noida , cutr, silicon but i choose vit bhopal because i wanted to study outside my state and bhopal was closer . So admission process is you have to give an exam called vitee and to get in to vit bhopal in category you gotta have rank under 45K to study in cse core branch and for AIML branch you need rank under 55K and for studying in Cyber security and cloud computing it should be under 70K . if you get anything above 70k its hard to land in a good cse branch under category 1 fees....Read More
