Engineering teaches patience.

Well I cant blame the college for everything they all tried to help students as much as possible. If you have to choose college between kalyan to karjat, then definitely go for KGCE or else choose some other one. Also make good contact with the professors as they can help you in a lot of things you can contact me if you need any type of assistance while you are in engineering.

I gave MHT-CET and scored 85/200. I had already decided that I wanted to opt for Information Technology and the rest was decided by the CAP rounds. When I went to the college for getting admissions, I saw some new computer labs that were built recently which was impressive. They also had an Internet lab to browse Internet without any restriction. Now what else an IT engineering student would require to survive. Though the college was far away from the main Mumbai city, I decided to join it.

Well doing B.E. is just a waste of time if you want true knowledge. Most of the syllabus is out of date. Speaking of the college, regular practicals and lectures were conducted. Though I am very disappointed with the staff of the college. Some professors were good but others were horrible. I expected too much from engineering which was the minus point. Nobody focuses on research or doing something new. This is the case with most of the colleges of Mumbai University.

No It doesnﾒt we got an Internship via one professor in some company, but the H.O.D. didn't supported us at all for compromising some lectures in B.E. Due to this we missed our opportunity of getting Internship. Please don't keep any hopes.

Well 1-2 people from some other branches like mechanical were placed, but not from IT or COMPS no opportunities.

I mostly was interested in Technical events. I was the vice chairman of CSI. We actively conducted some really good workshops and seminars. I dont think this section will disappoint you, if you attend this college. There are all type of events conducted on a fair scale.

The college being in the outskirts, fee structure was reasonable if we compare it with some other colleges hostel and Mess facilities are fair I would say.

College helps in getting scholarships for students but I dont know any specific names.

Gender ratio was quite good if we consider IT, comps and EXTC other departments it is worse. Workshops were good competitions were conducted in the annual fest, but they are not so impressive no debates.

What I was in the college was because of the senior students I met they helped me a lot, I guess I found the right ones.
