I would always suggest the student that dont fall in the politics of college / management & donyt belive blindly to any one words, as college management always apply the theory of divide and rule to save their own interest, fighting is common in two groups so dont support any group as their interest is nothing so always keep distance from all those.

I gave WBJEEE I got 47000 rank shantiniketan is well known place good enviroment & college was having good placement but recent no placement.

Course curriculum was good in my point of view in but university marks come good & easy too regarding faculty out of five i will 1 from 3rd year there are many elective paper to choose which is good but always college decide the elective paper faculty are not good no teaching exp number of teacher are also much less.

As we dont get good support from our tranning and placement departmenti was unable to get any internship however i have done 4 week tranning in ntpc kahalgaon & jamalpur locomotive work shop.

Recently placement is 0% no job opportunities no company visit the college all credit goes to our college management they did not take any steps to organise campus or pull campus college dont shows any interest regarding the placement however they organise only industrial visit.

During the 1st yr there is fest organise by the college and 3rd year student, and student also orgnise several type of tech fest, robotics programe, duration of the event are not to long generally 2- 3 day, event is open to all, intra college competition is also organised like cricket, badminton, etc.

If any student falls in obc or sc st then state gov provide scholarships in 2015 scholarship amount are directly given to student account, a student can get max 80000 scholarship amount or as per college fee structure any student can get easily study loan college provide all supporting document for loan.

Campus life is good lush green eco frendly enviroment gender ratio is avg extracurricular is also good, student can participate in different activities orgnise by college student different seminars like international seminar on mathmethics, tech fest, robotics ,etclab is up to the the mark having sufficient equpiment.

Hostel are good but mesh food condition are very badboys hostel is located 2 km from the college bus support is provided by the college bus fee are included in hostel fee, girls hostel is inside the college campuslodging 3 fooding 1 hostel room are for 4 - 5 boys in each roomsthere are many pg but far from the college approx 8 km but good bus connectivity.

Seniors are good helping in nature they help us in finding the right wayby providing knowledge his own experience from my point of view i will give 5 star to them.
