Review about my college

Frequent political activity disturbs a lot. The multiple student union here creates a lot of drama and nuicance frequently among themselves and externallu due to which many times college had to be closed due to which our studies are affected.

The course structure is good with frequent lectures and lab session side by side without creating any pressure on students. So it was chilled. The exams are held in parts internals of 30 marks and externals of 70 marks excluding lab exam. Every exam is held in college but in externals exam are supervised my invigilators of another college.

As it is a pg college it does not provide any placements or job to any one. We just get our graduation degree from here after which it is on us and we can apply for multiple jobs or we can opt for higher studies. The college does not provide any internship itself.

The college hold many competion including cricket, badminton, football, kabbadi, basket ball. Many cultural events takes place like annual function, rongoli competion, painting competition, debates and many time represents our state culture in other states in form of dance and songs.

The fees structure is quite feasible and affordable as it is a goverment college. The fee structure are very low and according to can be afforded by everyone. Anyone who want to do his graduation at a very low cost can apply here. The trasaction of payment could only be possible throug net banking. The charges are just addmisiion fee for the firts yar that is rs.2500. Yes they provide tranperacy in fee breakdown.

Yes i know about such scheme that if a student student has passed class 12 from uttarakhand board he ir she will get scholarship if he scores good in every semester. But not avaible for any special caste category or else.

Gender ratio girls to boys 6:4 Rarely workshops are oragnised Many student unions are present who fight for the multiple position in college every year. Every one is treated equally. Economic satus is good as every time the student council does something for college for eg making new classes, parking, repairing of old buildings and much more.

Yes the seniors are very helpful. They treat us as their friend share their experince with us and also give us many useful tips and previous year notes and study materials. They are quite genrous to help us.

First i submitted my personal documents on the college official website. Then waited for the merit list. After my name appeared in the merit list i went to college next day for the document verification. Submitted fees for the addmission. Done. The addmission are also given on the basis of category for eg sc st gets addmision priority above all. Handicapped, certified sportperson also gets about 5 % weitage during addmission.

The faculty is good i will not say best because sometimes teachers also show quite laziness whlie teaching. Some teachers take multiple leaves many time due to which our precious time gets wasted if they do not come to give the lectures. Otherwise the faculty is good and experinced.
