Remarks

The negative remark about our College is it is 14 km far from the city so the transportation cost is very high for all students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure with a focus on research is really good. There are two types of exams taken by the College. 1st one is the Internal exam 2nd one is an external exam. An internal exam is of 30 marks and an external exam is of 70 marks. After the end of the semester College takes viva and submission of our subjects.

Placement Experience

In our College, there are many companies that visit every year. Like Reliance, TCS, Wipro, Nirma, IBM, ONGC, etc. They give starting stipend of 12500. These companies also give internships to students whose score is very good.

There are many curricular activities held in our College. Like NSS, NCC, Eco club, etc. Every year College held a sports week, Annual day, Tech fest, etc. A day celebration is also held in our College like Environment day, Teacher's day, etc.

Admission

Admission in this College is based on 12th Board PCM marks and Gujcet marks also. There are two rounds for College selection. You have to select your College and branch according to your 12th score.

Faculty

Best faculty was very helpful in our assignments, Lab manual, Practice, etc. The best thing about our faculty is they give support to us for our final project. Out of 5 professor, 2 is pass out from IIT Bombay.

Life at LDCE: A Student's Perspective

Course Curriculum Overview:

As we all know , college learning is not only about textbooks, and real world knowledge is equally important. in this area, the college supports student well by giving exposure to practical learning . the course includes industry related topics, and teachers also try to explain how concepts are used in real life. the curriculum is helpful, but adding more modern tools, software and hands on projects would make it even better. Overall, the syllabus prepares student for future jobs and higher studies, while still leaving some room for improvement.

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.

My Life at D.D.I.T

Placement Experience:

The placement are one of the best in Gujarat for chemical engineering as the average package is on the higher side, at 6,50,000 and the highest package has reached 16,00,000. - students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement - some companies that have visited are Reliance Atul Bear L&T G.S.F.C Etc - around 70% of the batch was placed last year. - my plan is to prepare for Gate examination after/around my graduation.
