College Review

Their are some fields in which college needs to improve and take care of like repairing the girls and boys toilets, bus facilities, lab instruments and most important is the college timing for second shift.

Mechanical is considered to be the father of all trades and I had gaind interest in this trade so I decided to go with mechanical engineering. Exam structure is same as that of conducted in schools and highschools that includes 4 unit tests and 2 semesters.

There are job placements and about the internship they don't provide any besides you have look for your own. Many students apply for their internships when the semester dates are revealed in different companies.

Mangalam is the name of the event that is held in the month of February which includes dancing, singing, plays,etc. Also sports are held before this grand event that includes various sports including cricket, volleyball, Kabaddi, kho kho, football, basketball, table tennis and also indoor games.

Fee structure is based on the cast. According to me it is expensive. Different castes has different fee structure like for SC ST category it is about 10000 Rs for OBC it is about 45000 Rs and for OPEN it is about 80000 Rs.

I have not availed this facility but their is this facility where students can pay their half fees and half fees are paid with the loan. You have to write a letter to principal describing the issues you are facing with full payment of fees and get principal's sign on it and then you have to submit the letter to bank.

Many extra curricular activities are held including the indoor and outdoor sports. There is a female representative and male representative. Gender ratio defers for different trades. There is a lathe machine workshop and different labs.

Seniors are very helpful and friendly. The environment is such that it never comes to know that the student infront is our senior or junior. Even during the days of events where there is the need of volunteers and some of freshers are not even aware of it so at this time seniors play a very major role in providing info regarding the events and giving the freshers a chance to be a volunteer at the event.

I completed my diploma and I was planning for further studies. I was interested to carry on my further studies in mumbai suburban so I decided to apply for colleges nearby in that area and my name was listed in the third list which was diplayed online.

Faculty members are M.Tech degree holders and also some of them have done with the PhD. They are very friendly and helpful. They support students for different projects and technical competitions held at different institutions.
