Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum and syllabus are all relevant. The exam structure is all good and satisfactory. The assignments are given to the students from time to time which facilitates self-learning. inn fact presentations are taken in class on smartboards which encourages the students to develop self-confidence and enables them to be presentable. Everything is defined by keeping the student's perspective in mind. The teachers focus on the ability of the students to make them capable of understanding all the syllabus easily. The process of exams is also good. Papers are set using software and the grading system of the university is excellent.
Placement Experience
Chandigarh University is a leader in campus placements. it is such a platform where u can think of achieving our dreams. big MNCs come here to students, companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM tafe, Ernest etc come in the campus to recruit the students.
College Events
the college celebrates all the festivals. apart from these various programmes are hosted: cu fest Tashan night technical event CU alumni event academic events sports events national cultural festivals research events there are alot more events that the campus celebrates.
Fee Structure And Facilities
the fee structure is average we can say. it is round about 35000 per semester. the fee can be paid online or card or cash payments can be made on the campus. only at the time of admission 10,000 registration fee is paid in advance in order to secure the position. after that ones, u get admission the regular charges are paid. rest security, examination charges are different.

Campus Life
campus life is amazing. there is almost an equal amount of girls and boys on the campus. students come from all across the globe to study under the same roof. It provides a healthy atmosphere with great ambience. there are food courts at different corners of the campus including dominoes. the parks are well organised where the students can chill and pass their free time together. the labs are well maintained and equipped with the necessary equipment. Various competitions and debates are organised from time to time to enhance the skills of the students.
Alumni/Alumna
yes, the seniors are helpful. alumni groups are made where we can contact our seniors or the alumni and ask for any kind of help or guidance.
Admission
I took admission in MSc. forensic science and toxicology in February 2017. firstly, I got myself registered at the university. then my classes started in August. I came to know about the university through advertisements and also one of my seniors at my college guided me to take admission in CU. presently, I m pursuing PhD. at CU. I choose this university because it provides all the facilities and I have so many memories there. also, the ambience of the premises is eye-catching.
Faculty
there is round about 10 faculty members for our department. the hod is the head of the department. he is from Central Forensic Laboratory, Chandigarh. he holds an experience of more than 20 years. rest of the faculty are doctorates in the field. all are not qualified. few of them are qualified. there are research scholars who are teaching in the department. The faculty takes all possible measures to organise workshops, conferences, guest lectures etc. which can enhance the knowledge of the students. Lag visits are organised from time to time in order to encourage students in the field.
