Course Curriculum Overview
MBA was a two-year course duration spread over 4 semesters. The course curriculum of our college was good and they offered dual specialization and I chose Human Resource and Marketing management as my specialized area.
Placement Experience
Around 70% of the students were placed and many leading companies visited our college for campus placement. The highest salary package offered was around Rs.10 LPA and the average was around Rs.5 LPA.
College Events
We celebrated Teacher's day, Easter day, Design Fiesta, etc. and one of the biggest events was named Kalinga Utsav, in this event, a number of students participated and perform different types of dances, singing, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure of our college was feasible. The total fee cost ?3.03 Lakhs only and this includes the tuition fees of ?75000 for each semester and other fees of ?3000 paid only in the first semester.
Campus Life
We had sports events, annual cultural fest, workshops, freshers parties, career counseling, health camp, World Pharmacy day celebration, seminars, national conferences, etc. and many more activities were organized in our college.
Hostel Facilities
Our college offers separate hostels for boys and girls separately. The rooms of the boy's hostels were 4-person sharing rooms and 2-person sharing rooms. The same goes for the girl's hostels. The total fee cost ?76000 - ?1.14 Lakhs annually. There are 3 hostels for boys, so the fees differ depends on the room opted.
Admission
My admission was done on the basis of the CAT entrance exam. I took the test and then, I fill out the application form online. After a few days, my application was shortlisted and that's it. The admission process was quite straightforward.
