Technical education with personality development

The college does impose good work culture habits and great human resources skills. All of the personal and educational demands were fulfilled by the staff.

The new curriculum designed by university is completely in accordance with the industry 4.0. It has certainly decreased the gap between the industry and the engineering curriculum. More subjects like artificial intelligence and internet of things(IoT) have been included in the syllabus which surely helps students to understand the new trends. And the newly opened 'innovation incubation and research centre 'provides exquisite facilities of hydraulics and pneumatic setup, PLC labs, 3D printers and many more of it for students' training.

The college takes huge efforts for placement drive right from 2nd year of the curriculum. Aptitude classes are conducted twice a week and communication skills practicals are a part of curriculum every year. Mock tests are conducted for the students compulsively for self-analysis. Students are also encouraged to participate in pool campus and placements drives.

This is the best part because cultural events in JNEC were the best thing I've ever experienced in my life. The cultural nights of JNEC are best in all aspects and it gets better every year. The cultural fest of jnec knows by the name RAZZMATAZZ. Along with the theme days, college arranges different competitions to give the stage to student's talents, where students arrange all the activities of 4 to 5 days by themselves.

The fees structure of the college is feasible to almost all of the students. In some cases, the students who are not able to pay the college fees are supported by the higher authorities or alumni. The college is transparent in case of money transfer. The mode of money transfer has always been online payment ever since I took admission in the college.

I didn't opt for any of the scholarship programme or educational loans. But the students taking admissions in the university won't have an option of govt scheme for the scholarship.

Exposure to extracurricular activities is enormous. I myself have participated in many state-level debate and drama competitions. College staff has always been proud and supportive of us. College is working real carefully when it comes to the safety of every student and faculty. The campus is area is safest for the girls and female faculty. I have never experienced any sorts of ragging issues happening in college.

The alumni network and seniors always helped to get into summer internships and guided in the path to recruitment. They also provided special focus to JNEC student at their field of work.

Mechanical engineering has always been my passion. No other college in Marathwada has as many facilities as JNEC college does or may be Maharashtra too. MGM has recently turned into a private university and has numerous collaborations with industry experts and technical companies. When I cleared my entrance test, my first preference was MGM's JNEC because the teaching and infrastructure facilities of the college are pre-eminent.

Usually, it is 3 hours of lectures every week per subject. All the faculties are atleast Mtech graduated and 7 of them are PhD holder and 13 are perusing PhD. The senior faculties of department have teaching experience of more than 15 years. The teaching methodologies include mostly on the practical basis or video or ppt lectures to make it more interactive session.
