Course Curriculum Overview
MBA at NERIMS was a 2-year full-time course with four semesters. In the first and second semesters, we studied general core courses and in the third and fourth semesters, we studied our specialized area. I opted for Marketing and Finance management as my specialized area.
Placement Experience
Around 70- 90% of the students were placed, the placement was good for the MBA department particularly. Leading companies like Axis Bank, Airtel, SBI, Amul, Pepsi, etc. visited our college for campus placement. They also provide summer and winter internships.
College Events
Our college celebrated its Golden Jubilee, Saraswati pooja celebration, etc. One of the biggest fests celebrated in our college is the cultural fest, it was crazy, I had a lot of fun. Different types of performances were performed and this fest takes 3 days!
Campus Life
Our college has organized a variety of extracurricular activities like freshers parties, sports, different competitions like debate, quiz, etc., fancy dress, seminars, workshops, cultural fest, etc. and many more.
Hostel Facilities
The college provides hostels for boys and girls separately. The rooms are on a sharing basis, there is no single room. The infrastructure of our hostels was good and can accommodate no.of students. The rooms were well furnished and the charges for a month were only around Rs.8000.
Admission
To get admission from this college, I took the CAT entrance exam and I registered and applied online. Then, I was called for the group discussion, so I attended the GD followed by a personal interview.
Faculty
We have a total of 26 faculties in the management department and we also have visiting faculty. The professors of our college were very hardworking and sincere to their job. They were highly qualified and interactive with us as well.
