Remarks

College management is very strict. They dont tolerate violence and violation of rules.

Entrance Preview

JEE - General rank-5240. Its a famous college with good faculties and good placement. As the placement is almost 100%.

Internships Opportunities

I got recruited by a south side company with 3.5lakhs/annum package. its a very good company which give highest salary.

Placement Experience

Almost 60% of our batch got placed during 7th sem by Wipro and Infosys. Rest were placed in different company before final semester.

College Events

They have various tech competition. They have cultural fest where around 40 competition are held.

Fee Structure And Facilities

its feasible for us. The training cost was 30k for 4 year and fee was 80k per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

As i have good career. So, I was awarded with CAFAS scholarship. In which you get 10k per year. I took study loan from bank to pay for my fees.

Campus Life

There is no discrimination based on gender or religion. All are treated equally and equal work load is given to both girls and boys. College has an anti-ragging team which secretly keeps eye on evryone.

Hostel Facilities

Old hostel rooms were small but were good. Food is superb. They had different item everyday. Hostel fee was 45.5 when i join but it increased to 50k and now is around 60k.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors were very good. They helped us in our studies and gave notes and books to us when we needed them. They guided us very well.

Exam Structure

We had 3 labs a week. it was really goodand was not hectic. Teachers help us in our experiment. They guide us very nicely.

Faculty

faculty are very well educated, strict and follow 75% attendance rule. Which says if a student hav less than 75% attendance then he/she won't be allowed to give the exam.

IIIT Bhubaneswar means technology!

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Google, Wipro, HCL Tech and many such which has been around for a while in the tech business and has built tech for many overseas companies too are the ones which have already started coming. I am in my final year and around 40% students have already been recruited and I hope before this semester ends, i too get placements.

Our college give good placement but packages are very low package start with 150000 and end in 700000 . But you study properly then you try pursuing higher studies. 40% students placed but below 400000 . after completing you try off campus placement then you secured good salary on good company.

placements are average...not feels like an iit but its ok ...this yaer percentage of placement was 90% and highest ctc was of 67.4 LPA with median of 12LPA and average of 17 LPA ...most of the placements for SDE roles. My plan is to finish my degree as soon as possible and get placed for a SDE role so that i can survive

Placement Experience:

The placement stats of IIT Bhubaneswar are quite good. For the 2025 placement season, the highest CTC was 67.6 LPA and the mean CTC was 14.5 LPA, with a total of 22 PPO offers. Approximately 90% students were placed this year. Major recruiters were Google, Oracle, Zomato, Goldman Sachs, NVIDIA and Meesho. This year, there were 5 international offers (4 from Accenture Japan and 1 core offer from Niterra Japan).

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is descent. Some of the student opt for higher studies. Almost 80% get placed with good packages.some goes for gate exam. I also know a senior who have gate AIR of 42. I am planning for gate along with my degree.companies like Hpcl , cpcl, exon mobil usually come here for recruiting.

A Balanced Blend of Learning, Growth and Campus Life at CVRGU

I chose C V Raman Global University due to its placement, less fees and modern infrastructure and updated curriculum.
