Course Curriculum Overview

5

Curriculum was very detailed and thorough. For the first two semesters, we studied the general MBA subjects like economics, finance, marketing, etc. And for the last semesters, our curriculum was specialization oriented. Our curriculum was very hectic and tedious, to be honest as we were mostly occupied with the assignments, presentations and case studies, etc.

Placement Experience

4

Placements are pretty decent in our college. We got an immense amount of assistance from the placement cell. They have tie-ups with some of the leading businesses of their niche domain. Some of the companies which visited our campus during my batch include brands like TCS, Karvy, Oakland Capital, HDFC, CBRE, etc. The average packages offered were also pretty decent at around 7 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our college is one of the top private colleges in India. I paid 7.9 Lacs on annual basis as my college fee. Total course fee was around 15 lacs for the two-year program, which feasible for me personally. Though some of the students availed scholarships and loan facility for fee payment.

Campus Life

4.5

Our college has collaborations with a number of international universities. The student exchange program, summer abroad programs and research collaborations are some of the initiatives which our college carries in collaboration with different universities in order to enhance cultural recognition and exchange of ideas. Sports gears for both indoor and outdoor sports are made available by our college. Students are also taught liberal arts here, which is very effective for the overall development of the students.

Hostel Facilities

5

Hostels with AC and without AC facility were available for the students at pretty reasonable prices. Charges for the AC hostel rooms were 80k for one year. Two students would share one room and the hostel allotment is on a first come first serve basis. The entire infrastructure and hygiene was of premium quality.

Admission

I applied for the MBA program are granted on the basis of a management level entrance exam like CAT/XAT/MAT. Students have to apply with their entrance scores and academic details like graduation marks etc. The college will invite the shortlisted students for a GDPI round. A merit list is prepared on the basis of all these factors and that's how the entire admission process looks like in our college.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty was very talented and strictly recruited based on their corporate experience and their capabilities to explain one particular topic. They all were very supportive and qualified, with a relevant amount of experience in the corporate. We learned a lot from them, especially their constructive feedback was really helpful in shaping our career.

College management is not that good, which I felt is need to be improved. making everything student centric makes it difficult for students as well as college to be organised.

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.

The university gives you a great exposure to shape up your life for a great future. There's absolutely no racism and everyone is treated equally. This is the only institute in pune where girls and boys are found in almost equal numbers. In fact girls are encouraged to become entrepreneurs.
