Course Curriculum Overview

5

Course curriculum was carefully curated to provide students a holistic view of the management program. Course spanned over 2 years divided into 4 semesters. After two semesters students have to attend a 2 month internship. Our performance evaluation was done on the basis of external exams, class performance, internal exams, summer internship report, dissertation to be submitted in the final year.

Placement Experience

4.5

Our placement cell is very dedicated towards bridging the gap between the recruiters and students. Almost 80% of the students got placed from our batch and some also went to join their family business. Some of the frequent recruiters include CCD, HDFC, Viacom, Axis, and more. Two students from my batch even secured a package of around 9 LPA. All-in-all it was all good. We even had companies like BookMyShow, Decathlon, Syntel, etc., coming to recruit students for the internship purpose.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My annual fee was around 7.5 lakhs for one year. This fee included my tuition fee, examintaion fee, library charges, caution deposit. MBA program from the FLAME school was an expensive business for me. But the amenities provided by the college are top notch and the college affiliations are also pretty good.

Campus Life

5

Our college had different houses which were Aryabhatta, Chanakya, Kalidas and Vivekananda, respectively. These houses will compete against each other in a number of competitions throughout the year and it was aimed at enhancing cross-departmental cooperation. All the facilities provided at the college were somewhat luxurious, like CCD, gymnasium, etc.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostel stay was the best part of my program. We had pretty spacious rooms and a good quality food served in the mess. i made many memorable memories in the hostel. Our bonding with seniors actually began here. We were very comfortable in the hostel and the late night study groups and pranks pulled on the batch-mates were real jewel.

Admission

Admission process is pretty simple here. I did my graduation from FLAME University itself and students with a CGPA of more than 6.0 from the University can have direct admission in the college. After applying for the program, I had a one-on-one session with the counsellor. After that, I was granted admission.

Faculty

5

Faculty was very much accommodating and supportive. They were more of like our mentors instead of being the professors. We all were given individual counselling regarding our career options. Our mentors for the SIP report and dissertation report. We shared a deep bond with them and I am still connected to some of our faculty members.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

College management is not that good, which I felt is need to be improved. making everything student centric makes it difficult for students as well as college to be organised.

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.

The university gives you a great exposure to shape up your life for a great future. There's absolutely no racism and everyone is treated equally. This is the only institute in pune where girls and boys are found in almost equal numbers. In fact girls are encouraged to become entrepreneurs.
