Remarks

Our college is very good in academics as well as research. They supports us and take every single steps towards our improve. They give every possible facilities in our education, give various training and arrange many programs to develop our education.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is very interesting and the course is not only theory based but also practical based. The course gives importance to research and innovation. The exam system is quite good and the labs are extremely good and interesting.

Placement Experience

The placement is absolutely good in our college. Largest IT companies and core companies are coming to our college. And every year Maximum students got job in our college. Yes our college provide internship and the experience was pretty good.

College Events

Every year our college celebrate technical festival based on robotics, drone making, free workshop etc, cultural festival based on dancing, singing, stand up comedy etc and also arrange athletic festival. Apart from this our college organizes photography competition, Essay and debet competition.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The yearly course fee of our college is 119000 and extra 20000 is for our placement and other traing. So the total cost per one year is 139000. The fee is comparatively low according to other colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college gives scholarship upto 60000 to the students secure very good marks in the first 2semester and availing no other scholarship schemes. Only 30 to 40 students are eligible for this. But our college don't give any loan to students.

Campus Life

Our college organizes free workshop for learning.The ratio of the male and female students in our college is approximately 3:1.Our college is strictly against of ragging. There is also a student Union which everyone solve their problems. There is no things such as gender, religion in our college.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors of our college are very friendly and guide us in ever situation like examination, festivals, various events, competition. They also encourage us to take part in every event in our college They also motivate us and inform us about every new things about college.

Admission

I got admission in B.Tech in this college through the JEE. In the JEE form I wrote this college name as my first preference and got admission. I choose the B.Tech course because it was the top 100 engineering college across India and the placement is very good.

Faculty

All of our faculties are having master degrees. They are very friendly in teaching and clear our doubt very frequently. Rather than teaching a particular course they also inspires us motivate us and guide us.

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

Likes

Beautiful campus with lot's of space and with good computer labs
They conduct exam in very smoothly manner

Dislikes

Need to improve administrative building while submitting fees many students face problem
Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.

Likes

Have collabs with IBM, Samsung, Capgemini for RnD and NUS singapore , University of North Texas
Our college has hosted International Conferences like IEEE InGAARS 2025and Indocrypt 2025, where scientists had came from NASA, ISRO, all IITs, Foreign Universities, etc
Exposure is Good. The teachers here put efforts to teach and research. Unlike other colleges where teachers comes and roll out PPTs, here every teacher teaches on Board explaining everything properly

Dislikes

Few teachers speak in Odia accent, so it takes couple weeks to adjust
Campus is kind of small (36acres), but its good area for a IIIT, considering IIIT delhi is just 25 acres
3 occupancy hostels for 1st years (same goes for any other NIT/IIIT), but they have a option of single rooms from 2nd year

Placement Experience:

from 6th sem, students are eligible almost 100 companies visited including IBM, VISA, Infosys, DE Shaw etc. Highest is 63 LPA and avg is 12-13LPA 90% placements I may consider doing MBA if I dont get very big package

From sixth semester you are eligible for campus placement. Companies visited are Tata power, Adani, OPTCL and others.The highest package for electrical engineering is 10 lacs. 60percent marks is required for getting placement.

Likes

The professor who taught in our class they are taught is best In teaching.
They provide you many opportunities to work upon on you.
The infrastructure of college is good and huge.

Dislikes

The campus is very vast, and you have to walk for every minute of work.
The are very serious about your study and what you are doing
The gate get closed if you get came late even it's 5-10 minute late.

Placement Experience:

It's good as many company come but the placement directly depend on your study and hard work of your 4 year and a pre placement also conduct in 3rd year where you can also get placed. For placement the student should secure 8-10 cgpa for sit in interview exam.

I gave her and applied for colleges like bit sindri, lpu, chandigarh university but was not able to get bit and lpu was to costly which was out of budget for me . An Honest Look at Life and Learning at CV Raman Global University

I chose CV Raman Global University over some other colleges I applied to mainly because it offered my preferred course with reasonable fees, decent infrastructure and an acceptable placement record. I had also applied to a few government and well-known private colleges, but I could not secure admission there due to higher cutoffs, strong competition and rank limitations in entrance exams. Compared to those colleges, CVRGU provided quicker confirmation, flexible admission timelines and a clear course structure, which made the decision easier. The admission process was smooth and student-friendly, based on eligibility criteria like minimum marks in Class 12 for UG courses, and it accepts exams such as JEE Main along with merit-based admissions. Most students prefer JEE Main, though cutoffs are moderate compared to top-tier colleges. Reality of college

Comparing to different colleges such as iter or kiit universities then here you get good opportunity to participate in different clubs and show off their skill infront of the officials . Talking about placements then student will get fair opportunity but the thing is that if your score is less than 60% in 10th or 12th then you were not eligible for the campus drive .
