Remarks

Negative remark is that the teacher availability is less compared to other colleges of our state Assam and State Government should make enough effort to give the required teachers in our college. Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course could be cutted to some instant in case of Physical Chemistry as it includes the unnecessary studies which is not helpful for students as well, the lab work is very much needed for understanding the various aspects of chemistry practically as no one can better understand the chemistry not by theoretically but by practically which we got is awesome in that times and nowadays we are missing the lab with my colleagues

College Events

4.5

Annual Sports fest, Orientation courses etc. Annual day is celebrated in all school and colleges. The day is celebrated because the students of the school or college get a promotion every year. So to compare them with another standard batch of the students as well as to keep their activeness in the cultural program this kind of organisation is held.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are very much helpful to us in College days. Alumni can play an active role in voluntary programs like mentoring students in their areas of expertise. They also play a significant role in contributing scholarships to deserving students. Alumni get in touch with students and share their expertise and best practices in a given field.

Admission

Firstly I am student of that College in 12+ also and after that I went for Medical Entrance Coaching Institute in my neighbouring district for 1 year and not getting selected in MBBS, BDS and then I started to believe that Chemistry field would be helpful for me because small but very very intelligent students want admission to B.Sc with Chemistry as major subject and got admission in that College as well by getting selected in merit list

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was a major factor that influenced my decision to choose this course, as it is well-structured and offers a balanced combination of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. The syllabus covers essential concepts in a systematic manner, starting from the basics and gradually advancing to more complex topics. The inclusion of practical sessions, assignments, and project work made the course appear relevant and aligned with current academic and professional requirements. This thoughtful design assured me that the course would help in developing analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and subject clarity, which are important for both academic growth and career development.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed the course because I dont have so much money to study for btech and all and also I didn't prepare for jee or neet so, the next thing come is mind is bsc that is in botany or zoology as I liked bio more than any other subjects. Yaa by reading botany I can know many things about plant and trees. The improvement that they can do is release a book according to the syllabus by the university and also add few more new teachers such that student can be friendly with them and ask their doubt . For me I think exam timing should be done... Like one before durga puja and one around December . And the difficulty level should be easy .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Areas for improvement: more industry collaborations, guest lectures, and hands-on projects. Some subjects feel outdated and could be updated. Teaching methods could incorporate more interactive sessions and case studies. Exams are held semester-wise, with a mix of easy and challenging questions. Difficulty level is manageable with consistent effort. Frequency is okay, but sometimes feels rushed. Overall, the curriculum provides a solid foundation, but could benefit from more flexibility and modernization to better prepare students for the industry.
