Remarks

College is more like school as the name of college itself gives you a great hint: Amity School Of Engineer And Technology. So lots of assignments and practical files you have to prepare in most courses. Else everything is awesome.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Courses are well designed to make you feel free and easy to learn. You have great access to the library. Most of the course books are there and reference books are also to avail. Lecturers are too supportive and they will help you in all your formal and informal issues. Course lectures may be boring but you will be intelligent enough to handle on your own.

Placement Experience

4.5

I did two internships. One at Airport Authority of India in the hardware domain and other at i3infosoft in the software domain. I’ll truly say placement is 100%.A student is given the chance to sit for interviews unless he/she gets placed. You will be sitting not only in core companies but also in IT companies. If you have skills you will fix your position in one attempt else 100 attempts are fruitless. And surely you will be getting 20 plus opportunities to sit in.

College Events

3.5

Annual celebrations are organized by different groups of students in a distinct field of interest. Musical group, Play team, Sports team, and many more teams are there to show their captivating skills. You are going to love every moment there. You will get a good platform to learn and voice high. Be a positive geek with proving enthu.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Being a capital college, and the faculty they are facilitating with all equipment. The fee structure is feasible. Else if a student belongs to the poor section then he/she can fill scholarship form to avail back the 50% or 75% of paid fees as per eligibility criteria of the scholarship.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

No, I didn’t apply for a scholarship or education loan. But the student can apply for education loans through the government portal or visit a nearby bank. The college will give you all the needy documents asked by the bank.If you have BPL or ration card, feel free to apply for a scholarship. You will get back fee up to 75000 out of 98000.

Campus Life

4

Campus life is simple and soothing. You may or may not attend lectures. If you have sweet gf then you will enjoy college life apart from studies. If I talk about gender ratio then in ECE, One girl per three boys. In IT, 1 per 2 boys. In CSE, similar to IT. In the Mechanical branch, it’s horrible i.e. 5-6 girls per 50+ students.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are always helpful if you have a good patch up with them. Be very friendly and respectful too. You will get all assistance from them. No ragging nothing at all. All are busy in their lives with lots of responsibilities and workloads. Be kind to them in order to get the same. Aluminum meets are organized to boost you up. Great ops for them who are looking for own startups.

Admission

I gave IPU CET and got a good rank. Hence I selected ASET Delhi. I would love to tell you that this is truly going to be fruitful if you are opting for CSE, IT or ECE. Numerous companies visit our campus and most of the students get placed except those who opted Engineering by mistake and are 0/sannata. The only thing you will miss is the college environment. Because it is more like a school where you have to copy-paste assignments in most of the subjects.

Faculty

4

All faculties are provided with their cabins(cabin no.). Every faculty gives his/her contact number and cabin number. You may contact at any time you wish to. They are too helpful and generous nature wise. Mostly female faculties are sweet inside out.

Placement Experience:

The placements are really good for a college like DTU, situated at close proximity to industry hubs like Noida and Gurgaon, Last Season the college placed about 70% of its students with an average of 14 lakhs. and highest of 82.5 lakhs. students from 5th semesters are eligible for Training and placement, with fifth semester getting placed for internships, while 7th semester kids, are eligible to sit for the FTE roles and etc.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but not best during 2022 to 2024 current year ,I don't know properly but my seniors said that it is due to recession and also it affects IIT BOMBAY. If Recession will go then it has also good placement opportunities if you are skilled. Because DTU provide all branches in tech company if you are skilled in coding. Approx 100+ companies had came in past years .

Remarks:

I choose computer Science because of my interest in the same. The amount of knowledge dissipated to u is the best thing and also having 2-3 practice lab periods really help you make ready for industry. The college can offer internships to their students which would be of great help. There are no. Of opportunities in terms of events technical and non technical that take place.

The only downside of my college is that the hostels doesn't have enough capacity so only 25% are able to get hostels, others have to live in flat/pgs or commute daily and its located in Rohini so most people have to travel a lot to come to the university. There's nothing good around the campus to go to, nearest attraction is nsp or south campus.
