Remarks
The college has great facilities. It has well equipped labs, Basketball ball court, Football ground, Volley ball court. The faculties are highly qualified and teach very well. The only negative is college doesn't give importance to co-cirricular activities they focus more on academics.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is very good and college has great facilities. The exams and labs are also not too hectic and also not too super chilled. I would say pretty much falls between. The lab assistants will guide you very well practicals.
Placement Experience
There are many different companies which come for job placements like Infosys, Ust global,Ibs, IBM, Axis Bank, wipro, Byju's app etc. But there is increase in job placements as of last year and more companies are hiring. Coming to internships students have look up for internships on their own.
College Events
College conducts many workshops in every engineering departments. College has IEDC program which supports students to think outside the syllabus to identify problems that can't be solved and to develop a product as outcome of solution. College also conducts arts day and college day. College fest is held only once every two years.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Let me breakdown this. Admission fee Rs150 which paid one time at the time of admission. Tuition fee Rs75,000 to paid annually. University fees Rs1000 to be paid one time. Fees for value added course Rs6500 to be paid annually. Caution deposit Rs 10000 which is refundable after completion of course. Total Rs 92,650.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college gives scholarships for students who have no backpapers. Some amount of fees money will reduced and they give stipend for SC/ST students. I can't give much information and opinions because I haven't availed any.
Campus Life
The lab has good facilities but College doesn't give importance to sports they only care about academics more. They conduct workshops. College fest is held only once every two years. There are many diversities of students. The gender ratio is fair.
Hostel Facilities
I haven't opted for hostel I am a day scholar. What I heard from my friends is it's affordable for hostel. I guess average is around 4-5 thousands. Three people share one room and has common bathroom for all students.
Alumni/Alumna
Senoirs told as college is very reputed people will recognize when you will be graduated from the college. Seniors will help you to go in right path. There is no ragging in our college all of them are united.
Admission
There are 5 courses in the college Mechanical engineering, Civil engineering, Electronics, Computer science and Electrical engineering. I chose civil engineering as the course. The admissions were based on entrance mark and 12th marks.
Faculty
These teachers are very nice and friendly they really show interest to teach. Our college has regular meetings between officials and students where they ask feedbacks in person. If students have any problem in way of teaching and they will take some actions to make it better.
