Remarks

There is many basic thinks absent in our college like a playground and hostel facility. There is no much teaching faculties in our college. We also need good lab assistance for a better lab experience.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course is very good. But kerala technical university is a bit difficult and exam planning is bad. The university is pressuring the students. Exams is conducting periodically. Labs are conducting veru well.

Placement Experience

2.5

There are many placement drives in our college. Our placement staff is very hard working and much experienced. All our faculties are encouraging the students and they are giving good support for the students. We have a large oppertunities for campus placement in our college.

College Events

3.5

We are celebrating a technical fest in every year. In Which tech shows are conducted. The technical fest includes many competitions like drone race robowar etc. secondly we are conducting art festival in every year. In which all sort of competitions are conducted like oppana margamkali etc We are also celebrating a union day inauguration with variuos acts.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is a bit more than the normal fee structure. Merits students have less fee. But management and nri seats are heavily charged. Also hige amount of fixed deposite us asking for NRI seats.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is various scholarship schemes in oru college. These schplarship are very heplfull for any students. But some of the scholarahip are in still hold and a huge time is delayed for crediting the money. Loam facility is avaialable from the college.

Campus Life

2.5

There is no proper playground in our college. So for our sports competitions we are depending on other school grounds. The lab facility is very good. All sorts of equipments are available in our college.

Hostel Facilities

1

Iam a homacomer. But the hostel facility is very bad in our college. There is no hostel facility for boys. Girls hiva very poor hostel facility. Girls are staying in seperat hostels which in far from the college. The college hostel is on work for a long time.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumini association in our college is very active and helpfull to the students. The alumini association have done many remarkable things in our college like parking shed. The seniors in our college is very friendly ang helpfull to us. There is no harrasment or ragging by the seniors.

Admission

I applied for keam entrance exam in 2016 after completing my 12th. I applied for the engineering seat along with entrance mark and 12th mark sheet. First i have alloted for kmct college. Then i have changed to college of engineering vadakara. Then i submitted my 12th and 10 th certificate in my colleg And took admission.

Faculty

4

Faculties are good. Some of the faculty are under qualified. Some of the faculties are excellent. Some courses doen not have a particular faculty for teaching. So this courses are teached by other faculties who are inapropriate for those. Lab faculties are much disqualified for their job. They have poor knowledge about lab equipments.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
