Remarks

Actually the management is quite strict as it is compulsory to attend college with an attendance of 75%. Some teachers are unable to teach some concepts. Teachers also take free slots for extra lectures if the syllabus is not going to complete.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The learning is pretty much based on PPTs and some reference notes. Praticals are done in labs with proper guidance. The autonomy curriculum is quite balanced and simple. Industrial visits for mech, civil and chemical branch are conducted quite often. Exams are strict and also the paper checking.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements is quite good and more than 100 companies visit every year. The package is also decent from 3.5Lpa to 12Lpa. Most of the companies test aptitude skills and then group discussion followed by interview. The institute provides with online stuff and videos for preparation. Also there are subjects which groom the students for placememts in third year. Internships start right from first year and mandatory from second year. The faculty does help in getting internships but students should try somewhere they're interested in. The internshi periof is of 2 months and at least 1 month internship is compulsory.

College Events

4

There are number of events conducted every semester. Lots of platforms for students to represent themselves. Be it technical or non technical events, the college encourages students. There are various clubs in college which organize workshops, seminars and events which include competitions and prizes as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is like other private colleges. It might be expensive for some people but there is a schloarship program for OBCs or other categories. Management quota has separate admission process and more fees than normal. And yes, there is transperancy when it comes to fee structure.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college helps with government scholarships provided by MAHA-DBT website. You need to have the documents as well as you should be eligible for the program according to their criteria.

Campus Life

3

Gender ratio is like 3:1 (boys to girls) and there are hostel parties, freshers parties and also farewell parties. Departments also celebrate teachers' day. Other than that, there are clubs like BAHA, ROBOCON, WORLD SKILLS, etc which provide platform for students in extracurricular activities. The environment is quite friendly, promoting diversity. There are associations which are against harrasment or ragging.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the alumni are quite helpful when it comes to guidance about placements. Also, the seniors help the students about academics or extracurricular activities.

Admission

I had opted science in ny Jr. college and took the CET exam for PCM. I scord 109 marks and applied for CAP rounds. I got MITAOE in second round of CAP and got admitted in the month of August. Futher, I visited the college and completed the admission process.

Faculty

3

There are around 6 subjects every semester and they put a lot of emphasis on projects. So there is at least one project every semester. So there are around 3 faculties for every subject including labs. Teachers have a good experience but might fail to communicate well. Most of the teachers hold industry experience as well.

Campus placement has good rate. Most of the students passing out get in-campus placements and some of them go abroad for higher education. The average package here is around 700000 to 800000. Very much reliable in placement perspective.
