Course Curriculum Overview

The course will be okay. Also College is provided all the facilities that we needed. all lecturers are good Except one or two lecturers in our electrical and electronics department. But the practical lab is like not mandatory. Because practical lab have only internal exams

Placement Experience

Its the worst part of the College. They are not trying to bring good placement opportunities in the campus. I think the College mangement dont even care about that. The College didn't have an cative placement cell

College Events

There will an annual tech festival conducted by all branches named MESTECH. it will be nice program and also entertaining students. In this the students will get opportunities to show their skills in projects also in extracurricular activities

Fee Structure And Facilities

I think the fee structure is feasible because there will be a fixed fee structure. And in that no hidden charges. And they are providing scholarships and installment schemes. So fee structure is feasible

Fees and Financial Aid

The College is providing 50% fee discount for the students who got higher marks in every department. Also there will be another scholarship available that we can apply through online. It is based on our academic marks and annual income

Campus Life

They will not give any importants to the sports. But we have very nice ground. But annual sports meet will not be conducted We got sone classes related above mentioned topics. But its very few. No sexual orientation classes conducted

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility of the mes College is big wow. Its amazing. We get good food and accommodation within affordable rate. We got unlimited food. Also variety food menu for special days. We are celebrated ebry festival with food

Alumni/Alumna

We have very good bond with our seniors. Seniors are always helpful for us. They are always supporting me for any problems. Also giving advices. They are very helpful for us for making our final projects

Admission

I have admitted in this College through entrance exam. I got merit seat. I got the electrical branch as per my application. But for management students they didn't get desired branches because of marks criteria and also NRI seats

All staffs are good Except few staffs. there one or two staffs in every department that they are not good in teaching. Its very few in numbers. Otherwise the staffs will be okay with their teaching and behaviour

CUSAT Cochin campus- best college life you can get in kerala

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from semester 6. Many of the largest companies such as Cisco, IBM, Wipro etc come for placements. The largest package was 40 LPA from IT department and average package is 6 LPA. Last year's batch had placement percentage of 90%. My future plans are to try my best for placements, no plans for suture studies as of now.

My College Life at FISAT

Placement Experience:

Mostly the students get prepared for placements in the third year. Placement training is usually started in the mid of the third year. According to the passed out students and our seniors, the institution has enough good placements compared to other private institutions. The students get placed in MNCs like IBM, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, SAP, Wipro, CTS, IBS, UST Global, Government and Public Sector companies like BARC, ONGC, Powergrid, Delhi Metro and commercial banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Core Engineering companies like MRF, Apollo Tyres, Sobha, Procsys, Kalkitech etc speaks volumes about the professional excellence of students.The major activities of the Placement and Training Cell include coordinating the Campus placement activities of the college Conducting regular training for improving the soft-skills and conducting regular tests, GD`s and Mock Interviews. The major thrust area of the placement cell is training programs. Every student undergoes at least 150 hours of training programs which is spread across the years of study. They are trained by the best in the industry. Career guidance and placement orientation is ensured through sessions organised in-house and support from experts from outside. Guidance on how to prepare for various competitive exams like GATE, CAT, MAT, GRE, UPSC, PG entrance examinations etc. are also provided. Despite the economic uncertainties and industry challenges, the Class of 2024 achieved remarkable success in campus recruitment. A total of 78 students secured packages of 7LPA or more, with 484 offers from 76 companies. The highest package reached 15LPA, while the average package stood at a respectable 5.7LPA. Notable recruiters included TCS, CTS, SAP, Tataelxsi, People10, SOTI, UST, and Qburst. Core companies like Cadence, Schneider, Kalkitech, Procsys, Aarbee Structures, RDC, Saint Gobain, Dalmia, Walkaroo OEN, and Tejas Networks also hired students.
