Overall college review.

Mess food is not so good, else everything is great. Mess food quality has been degrading over last six months and is getting really bad. Though everything in campus is pretty good but this one thing makes living in hostels a bad experience.

Courses are structured properly and syllabus is not very vast. All required contents are included appropriately. Also the labs are well-maintained. Frequency of labs and classes are arranged in such a that everything can be given proper time. The schedule is not very hectic and is different for every day of the week. This gives little difference in daily life and does not make the timetable boring.

I am in second year currently and I haven't taken any internships provided by college yet. But yes, our college provides intership programs. Placements provided are also good and overall experience is great. Placement training is provided to every student and sessions are conducted by HRs of different companies.

Our college has a series of events which are conducted every year. There are many small technical events which are organised by each department and then there are big and inter-college events that happen once in a year. Other events like competitions or workshops are organised regularly.

Fee structure is a little expensive as compared to other colleges. But fees is taken once only and there are almost negligible inside charges. Total tuition fees to-be paid varies from branch to branch. Total fees for my course is around Rs. 215000.

I don't have good knowledge about loan availability in my college. But scholarships are provided to qualified students. This is really helpful for many students who can't afford this college financially.

Almost all sports are available in campus with instructors. Any student can pick any sport and play for college team. College supports sports and there are many grounds for all outdoor sports. Also, special facilities and infrastructure is provided for indoor sports and games.

I have opted for hostel and it makes living in campus very convenient. Mess and classes are very to hostels and rooms are cleaned timely. Infrastructure of hostels is pretty good with all required facilities. Hostel rooms are small but are maintained neatly.

Seniors here are like elder cousins. They are very helpful and friendly. College has a no-tolerance policy for ragging. All the seniors help in every way and make life in campus very joyful. They always guide our ways through in and out of the studies.

I got admission on basis of marks from boards and the interview. I learned more about the offered courses from the HOD before interview. This helped me in selecting a specialized branch out of many branches offered.

Faculties of some departments are highly qualified while some, on the other hand, have little to no teaching experience. That's why, teachers who take regular classes make understanding of concepts, not very easy. Though teachers try to give their best for student's sake, it does not always make student's life easy.
