Entrance Preview

I appeared for the IIT JEE exam and vit entrance exam. I scored 150 marks in IIT JEE. And I gave vit entrance exam and I got Qualified for the VIT entrance exam. since vit do not announce the qualifying mark, they just announce the rank. I got 3000 ranks in vit and I got my favorite branch ECE. so I took admission in this college. This college has got the environment and Good professor. so I took admission to this college.

Internships Opportunities

I did an internship at Hcl from Chennai. They helped me to gain practical as well as theoretical Knowledge in the field of communication. The course was for 30 days. I enjoyed it well with my studies.

Placement Experience

In 2015 around 4000 students got placed, from all branches. And the name of the college was registered in Limca book of records. The package of the students varies on their skill and talent basis. Companies like TCS, WIPRO, LNT, ACCENTURE, MATRIMONIAL, TATA, MICROSOFT, etc has recently visited the college.

College Events

College Host gravites as the technical fest and Rivera as the cultural fest. More than 100 college participate in these fest. Any students who want to paricipate in any of the extra-cicular or debate program, they can easily participate and they hav the opportuity to win prize if avialable.

Fees and Financial Aid

I availed loan from SBI. SBI is the best bank from where you can get a loan as your tuition fee. Just we have to submit the college documents and fee structure of the college along with the qualifying exam certificate and you can get the loan.

Campus Life

Students from all the states come here to study. so it's the best opportunity to develop communication skills. The ratio of boys to girls is 60-40. Ragging in the college is completely restricted. The college organizes a debate on a weekly basis. In engineering college I saw most of the students in college love to play cricket, football, etc, college organize these games on 6-month basis.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel fee varies from 70000- 110000 / year. Students can enjoy both north and south Indian food in the respective mess. South Indian students get south Indian food like idly sambhar etc. North Indians can enjoy North Indian fools like rice, dal roti, etc.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors and juniors live in the same hostel. All of them are helpful to each other, either in the field of study and in games as well.

DRNGPIT is a tough gig to survive!!

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

You know everyone first priority would be going into the iits or nits if you won't get a seat there you search deemed to be colleges like vit amity , I choose vit as my college over iiit sri city which I got seat in it because vit has more exposure than iiit sricity and the main choosing vit was you get good college life with a beautiful campus, the people surrounded in vit are more better and knowledable compared to other colleges like amity, amrita,satyabamma and I aslo thought of going into amity and but I am that I am in vit I think it's better in every corner from that as per placements, college life and even faculty .
