Remarks

I am happy to be a part of this college, moreover, the exposure and the student's behavior here are good and friendly. The campus promotes the anti-ragging system and also works regarding gender sensitization.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The pol science course is in depth no doubt on that account but the theory paper is very interesting and most of the time it includes all the essential topics related to the topic. And per semester there are certain theories and subjects like western political thinkers and introduction to political science.

Placement Experience

4

I am not much aware about the jobs but every student have certain dream and aspirations. As I wanted to be a professor hence, my goal is to pursue higher studies in pol science apart from this some of my seniors are placed in govt and public sectors.

College Events

4

The college inculcates seminars and conferences to make the students aware as well as to motivate them to enhance their knowledge and public speaking skills. last year the pol science seminar on the topic:"Women in Rural Governance - Problems/ pros" was organised where many of the students spoke about the government and their approach towards women empowerment in village areas.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is different in every semester and need to pay before the commencement of the semester. In total the fees is Rs 5000/-. Per semester Rs 300/- and additional Fee is around Rs 456 for 1st year and in 2nd year I paid Rs 700/- recently for the 5th sem I paid Rs Rs 700/-.

Admission

My aim is to become a pol science professor and for that I wanted to be excel in this field and for achieving this, I applied here for Bachelors of Arts in Pol science after qualifying my 10+2 level with 70 percentage.

Faculty

4

All of my professors were well versed with their subject as well as they are very supportive. This is my 5th sem and the bonding I have with my teachers is well and strong. Every day I learn new things and they help me to focus even more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always wanted to persue English as a career. I love studying English but not a big fan of the new curriculum by NEP that includes a lot pf irrelevant papers. The semesters are not consistent. Odd semesters usually have a lot of time like 6-8 months but even semesters barely consist of 2-3 months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I used to read so many novels from my childhood and that inspired me in getting attracted to this field. We used to have the fecility of having seminar in the end of every month after compleating of each lessons. And this process helped us in true education. After every year professors from differnt parts of the country used to come for a seminer for overall groth of the students. Actually is theory teaching style is followed in the college, according to me some developments in the practical teaching can be used. Semister is held at the end of every six months and the exams are used to be moderate in nature.
