College review

The positive thing about the college is that the college and its premises are always clean. The toilets and classrooms are always kept hygiene. One negative thing is that after 7 pm, public transport is not available easily.

The course curriculum is mainly industrial oriented. The vision and mission of the course is to make the students ready for the industries. The exams are semester wise and there are six subjects in every semester each having both internal examinations and university examinations.

Each year, at least half of the final year students get placements in reputed companies. Every year, almost 30 placement drives are conducted by the college to make sure maximum students to get placements.

The college conducts 3 national fests and an intra college fest every year. Out of the national fests, two of them are. Mainly technical and the other is a cultural fest. The cultural fest goes by the name nakshatra which has over 4000 participants every year from across the country.

The fee structure is feasible. All the students who get admission in government seats will get a scholarship from the college if the students scored 85+ in their higher secondary board examination. Also many other scholarships are provided by the college for the students who scored high marks in higher secondary examinations.

The college offers a large number of scholarships for the students who got higher marks in their higher secondary education. I have been offered with a scholarship of 25000 INR every year. The scholarship is available for me because I scored an 85+ percentage in higher secondary examinations.

The college is having very good labs for every seperate departments. Each of the labs are equipped with advanced equipments. The college is having active teams for cricket, football, handball. The college always supports the sports and spend a lot of money for sports every year.

The college hostel has avery good infrastructure when compared to other colleges. The students can get their on private room. Gym and playing ground facilities are also available. The hostel is having a very good and clean mess.

Many times in an year, the alumnis visit the college to help the students and to give instructions to how to be ready for an industry. What are the opportunities that are available for the freshers, such details are given by the seniors to the junior students always.

The kerala entrance examination is the first criteria for admission. From the entrance ranking, students with highest ranks will get admission first. Also management seats are also available. Those seats are purely available by merit list.

The faculties of the college are highly qualified. Each of the facilities hold a Phd or masters in their respective subjects. The faculties are always willing to help the students at any time. All the faculties are best at their subjects.
