Remarks

I will definitely back my college, solely for the academics and the faculty. Faculty is dedicated towards helping student and guiding us in their career approach. Infrastructure was pretty great here, but the placements can still fetch better packages.

My college has presented me with an opportunity to learn and adapt the latest advancements of the IT sector and their practicality. We were buried with the assignments and projects, but it all could be fun if you are passionate about what you seek.

Placement Experience

Since our institute is comparatively new, placements are still on rise. Companies which frequently visit our campus include brands like Tata, CAT, Ashok Leyland, ZOHO, HP, etc. Packages offered are also pretty decent.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For the first year my fee was around INR 60,000 which was pretty feasible. For proceeding years I paid, 50k on annual basis. On top of that facilities provided at that cost are pretty awesome like hostel, mess facility, library, computer labs, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Students excelling in the class academics are liable for availing the scholarships offered by the college. College is pretty flexible in terms of fee structure as well, they offers fee relaxation for single girl child or students belonging to a state recognised minor categories.

Campus Life

Endless Extracurricular activities are organised in our institute, which consequently make our campus life pretty blissful. Workshops were most prevalent one along with the guest lectures and field visits. We got enough industry exposure here right here within the campus.

Admission

You have to appear for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission test and apply at the college with your entrance scores. Students can also apply with their JEE exam scores. A merit list is prepared on the basis of the academic performance.

Quality college for quality and good education

Placement Experience:

Rmk collegeof engineering and technology has strong placement with excellent percentage. They will train you from 1st year for the placement. The average package is 5-6Lakhs per annum.and the highest pacakge is 66 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

B.tech students will be eligible after they complete their credits before the 3rd year and usually that is the period during which they will be eligible for placements. For integrated M.tech it might be after the 4th year in 5th year,they could get a year for internships which is good for students. This might be considered as my interest in this course.The placement is around 95 percent.My plans after getting the degree is to become a highly skilled person and to get a job in google. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc place our campus.There are no such companies that visited and made no offers.

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.

The eligibility cut -off should be more than 197. If it is management more than 190 is sufficient for reservation people. The overall admission process was quite good with a good cutoff.
