Remarks

If You want good placements then you can take either CSE or IT. No placements for BE mechanical and Electrical engineers. So choose wisely according to your interest and needs. This year approx. 50- 60 companies came for CS and IT while only 2-3 companies for ECE and Mechanical.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course is good. You don't have to attend all the classes. If you have min. 60? attendence then That will be enough. There will be Two MST's of 30 Mark's each and best will be taken as account and 20 marks are internal which will be according to your attendance, class performance etc and A final exam of 50 marks which will be average to tough.

Placement Experience

2.5

There were no placements for the mechanical engineering. The placements are only offered for the computer science students and IT students. A few placements for the electronic engineering students are provided. Most of the students from our college are now jobless. Choose wisely before going to this college because this is your future, career and your entire life.

College Events

3

The events and fests are celebrated every year, and there is a trend of calling a singer to the fest. So, every year, a Punjabi singer comes there. The previous year, Ninja and Mankirat Aulakh came here.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is average aroud 85000 per year which is lower than private college's. You can deposit fees in two installments one of them will be in the month of July or August of approx. 45000 and other will be in the month of November of approx. 30000.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many types of scholarships are provided for the students. Like National Scholarship for SC, ST and EWS students and Means Cum Merit and many more. You can apply for any of them at college according to your eligibility but you got any supply in any subject the your Scholarship will get cancelled.

Campus Life

3

There will be so many extra activities there. You will get a cult or group of approx. (There are Dance groups, Acting groups and many more)Any thing in this college. Every year Sports meet are held in our college. You can also join NCC here.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The infrastructure of the college is good. The environment is also good, peaceful and much silent. But, there are no facilities or hostel rooms available for the first-year students in the college. They have to take PGs near or far from the college. But, for the middle-class family, the rent of PGs seems much higher.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumini Network are fine. Also some seniors are very nice and helpful while some of them are Bullies. But much raging are there they will just ask your Intro and they ask you to do some stuff like singing, jokes etc.

Admission

A online counseling will takes place you have register on their official site (JAC) a application fee of 1500 will be charged and a merit list will be made according to your jee main marks. There will be 4 rounds you will get admission here even if you have jee main rank under 5 lakhs.

Faculty

3.5

About the faculty and course, I will say it is fine as compared to private colleges But, some of the professors are only for namesake, not for work. They came to the college only for time pass or to earn money. But, some of them are very excellent teachers especially Maths teacher, Mr Vinay Arora Sir, so the thing I want to say is that teaching is also fine but not too good.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The interest in coding influenced me to choose this subject and course. The curriculum gets me ready for a 9-5 job which kind of gets hectic. The teachers could maybe schedule classes to give the students time to study what they want to and if they wish to do a course outside the university they have the time to do so rather than just going by the university curriculum
