Remarks

Only bad thing is fees of college, if that can be improved it is really good college to be in Pune univeristy.Also transportation is also not good that also need to be improved. we do have college bus but goverment bus facility is not available

Entrance Preview

I gave higher secondary board examination and MSCIT exam require for state board studentsI scored 72% in Board and 109 in MSCIT. I had given option of best college in which i would like to get admissioin RSCOE was one of them.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our Course curriclum was of BE mechanical. 4 years of Course with 2 semester every year. Exam in each semester. If failed to clear each subject than we were allowed to take 2 subject next year. If failed to clear next year also than he/she would have to re appear for same class.

Internships Opportunities

Our college doesnt offer intership. We have to go to company on our own to get intership in which you might get stipend or might not. Most of student end of doing thier own funded in house projects.

Placement Experience

Placement in decent i would say-TCS- 120 ( 3.2L), Softenger- 4 ( 3L), BOSCH- 1 (4.2L), SAINT Gobain- 1 (4.2L), Tech mahindra- 5 (3L)and many more sorry i dont remember thier name.I can say our placement percentage woould be 67%.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was expesive. I paid 83K for first year and kept increasing every year .It is very expensive as compare to other colleges in Pune University. Also infrastucture is not that good as compare to fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

No our collge didnt offer any special scholarship. Only goverment scholarship you will get if you are eligible.

Exam Structure

2 College exams + 1 univeristy exam each semester and practicals in lab for specific subject. It was not hectic but it planned in way so as to make us prepare for Exam in right manner.

An Honest Insight into Life at My College

Placement Experience:

The placement situation at my college is really good. It is getting better all the time. At my college students can start getting ready for internships and placement training from the semester. Then most of the full-time job opportunities start coming up in the semester. A lot of students at my college get something called Pre-Placement Offers or PPOs for short through internships before the actual placement season starts at my college. My college students get these PPOs. It is a big help to them. Placement, at my college is a deal and my college students take it very seriously. A lot of known companies come to the campus every year. The main companies that hire people from the campus are NVIDIA, JPMorgan Chase, Barclays, PhonePe, Microsoft, BMC Software and Citi Bank. Some companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Capgemini hire a lot of people from the campus. These companies, NVIDIA, JPMorgan Chase, Barclays, PhonePe, Microsoft, BMC Software and Citi Bank are really good at finding the people for the job. Companies, like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Capgemini also give jobs to students. The Placement Highlights for the year 2024 to 2025 are looking good far. We have had some results. The highest package offered to a student is 45 LPA. The median salary is 9.5 LPA. This is a sign because it means that most students are getting a decent salary. 86.3 Percent of students have been placed so far. The average package is different for each company and role. For example a software developer will get a package than an analyst or a data engineer. Students who get the paying roles usually have strong coding skills. They also have projects to show and they do well in their technical interviews and in Data Structure and Algorithms which we call DSA for short. VIT Pune: Balanced Academics, Good Placements & Active Campus Life.

Placement Experience:

pracemnets at vit pune are quite good, with students becoming eligible from 7th semester. manu reputed companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizenat, Deloitte , Wipro visit campus every year and make large number of offers across technical and non technical roles. The avarage pacakage ranges from 5-6LPA while the highest package goes up to 30 +LPA. Around 80-85% students gets placed every year.

The students can apply for placements from the 6th semester, but they have to complete the whole 8 semester to start working. Companies like L&T, HCC, J Kumar, TATA Projects are our major recruiters, many MNCs and other top company like to hire from NICMAR. The college has genuine 100% placement, the students who generally do not get placed are ones who have family business or startups. After completing the degree and mostly interested in a job for the 1 to 2 years to gain some experience. Then I may consider options like higher studies or a business.
