Remarks :

My college is the best. Believe me, that college will change you remarkable. I feel that change every time and I consider it as my fortune to study and live a life in such a beautiful place. It was my dream to study there and I fulfilled my dream.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My main course was Maths and supplementary subjects were Physics and Statistics. To be honest, the syllabus was not really easy. It was a drastic shift from what I studied from my 12th class. But still I somehow managed to keep up with the pace. There were 2 semester exams in a academical year. Also there were internal exams often. Lab exams for Physics were conducted for first 2 years.

Placement Experience :

My college was a Science & Arts college. So a job opportunity right after the completion of the course wouldn't happen that easy. As I already mentioned, since it is a government college, campus placements and walk-in interviews were simply not there. But still our graduation certificates are issued by MG University, which is recognised by Government of India. There are specific courses which provide internships but unfortunately my course had't had any.

College Events :

When I hear the word 'celebration', first thing which come to my mind is ny college. We had various occasions and events celebrated there. Fresher's Day, Election, Union Inauguration, Youth festival, Annual Day, Farewell Day and many more. Those were the days of celebration.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It is a college run by Government and hence there weren't any capitation or tuition fees for my course. There is a feasible semester fees for self-financing courses. The only fees I need to pay were exam fees and that too was a very small amount.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There isn't any loan facility since there wasn't any considerable amount of fees to pay. But there are many scholarship schemes issued by the Government itself and many of my friends availed some. I didn't go for any of those.

Campus Life :

There is a weekly theatre section each week and students are provided with all kinds of support from the faculty. All the science labs were rich with needed equipments and care. My college was not much of a sports promoting place, even though we had Physical Education Office and a Director assigned to it.

Alumni/Alumna :

There is old students association and they conduct a big event of Alumni meet called 'Maharajakeeyam' every 5 years. From world famous cine artists to national level politicians passed out from my college.

Admission :

Ever since I passed 10th, I wanted to pursue a course in the most renowned college in my state. I studied really hard and scored enough marks to enroll in the merit list. Words won't be enough to describe how happy I were when the list was out. I got selected in the first allotment itself.

Faculty :

Since it was a government college, all the faculty were enough qualified and talented. There are professors who got nation wide attention for their seminars and thesis. Award winning poets and novelists are working there as teachers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If we talk about curriculum, it is pretty much good. It includes things that should be brought in front of students and that help to improve the student's basic knowledge of these topics. From this year onwards the usual 3 year degree has changed and now it is four years with an honors degree.
