VITEEE - rank 1701, VITEEE is an entrance examination for VIT University and I got rank 1701 and could easily got the branch of my choice.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was good. It had covered everything which an electronics engineer should know. And also many laboratory courses were there to strengthen the concepts.

Internships Opportunities

I got the internship through a college placement cell only. The stipend was 25000 INR monthly. Not many companies came for internships. The companies which came were mostly for IT CS.

Placement Experience

The VIT placement cell is amazing is what I feel. They would get so many companies, giving lots of opportunities. In the end, almost each and every one of us got placed.

College Events

VIT has one technical fest GRAVITAS and one cultural fest Riviera. Apart from these, there are so many other fests happening all around in VIT. There are many clubs in VIT giving lots of exposure to students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I found it infeasible. If you compare the fees with other private colleges, you will definitely find VIT cheaper than most of them. Now I think they have increased but during my time it was nominal.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many scholarships but I don't have much idea about the scholarship. But there are many banks there helping out students with loans.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities are really good, clean and healthy environment. What we pay for hostels is much less than the facilities and food we get there.

Exam Structure

They are lots of exams that keep happening. We used to have two mid-term exams and two quizzes and 1 term-end exam for each semester.

Faculty

Some faculties are really good. They would teach keeping in mind practical aspects and to give a clear picture to the students. Some faculties are okay I just teach for the sake of teaching.

DRNGPIT is a tough gig to survive!!

Placement Experience:

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

You know everyone first priority would be going into the iits or nits if you won't get a seat there you search deemed to be colleges like vit amity , I choose vit as my college over iiit sri city which I got seat in it because vit has more exposure than iiit sricity and the main choosing vit was you get good college life with a beautiful campus, the people surrounded in vit are more better and knowledable compared to other colleges like amity, amrita,satyabamma and I aslo thought of going into amity and but I am that I am in vit I think it's better in every corner from that as per placements, college life and even faculty .
