It's good about their placement activity however they used strictly about their rules. If we failed to attend any company we will be blacklisted for a month. So we cannot attend any company for a month.
Course Curriculum Overview
Best course for students who are interested in a full-time job with developer motive. Totally 5 years every year will have 2 semesters. Both the semester will have 2 cat exams 1 fat exam. Cat 2 will be of the open book exam.
Placement Experience
Yes, it is the best place for placements. Every year they are increasing the number of companies to visit the college. In 2019 it is agreed to bring 1000 companies to the college. Yes, there is a lot of opportunities to get an internship they provide a stipend.
College Events
Rivera and Gravitas are the best two celebrations in our college. In gravitas, they used to conduct so many competitions such as robocars among different colleges, and in the case of Rivera, they used to bring celebrities for 4 days.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Yes quite expensive but while comparing with other college's infrastructures and placement opportunities it is quite good to go with the Vellore Institute of Technology. Expensive in the sense they used to get fees for 1 year no other fees will be collected then after.
Fees and Financial Aid
They used to provide the necessary documents in the proper format for getting education loans. Even they also provide some scholarship for every year in the name of Rajeswari scholarship for the student whose parental income is lesser than 100000
Campus Life
Yes, they used to provide a lot of opportunities for extra curriculum activities such as football, volleyball, cricket, swimming, gym, etc. The labs provided by the vit are extraordinary they used to have complete assets.
Alumni/Alumna
Yeah, they used to be in quite a big profile in big companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. They used to have meetings frequently in the college at least once a year. Even when they visit they will be treated well.
Admission
Just by aggregate marks of physics chemistry and maths the based on that the merit list will be provided. Based upon these merit list marks the first 400 will be awarded a seat. The First 100 will come under 1st category next 150 will come under 2nd category remaining will come under the 3rd category.
Faculty
Good, they used to provide all the depth knowledge of subjects in simple understandable wordings in a powerpoint presentation format. Even they used to be suggesting the preferred books. They used to give 2 digital assignments and 1 quiz for every semester.
