We have 3 internals per sem of which passing any 2 is compulsory to qualify for the final semester exam.

Specialized courses here are really helpful and the syllabus is updated, unlike the VTU syllabus. The computer science dep. It has more than 5 specialized courses that teach industry-ready subjects.

Placement Experience

I've heard that the placements are good from the faculty as well as the senior students. No, internships are compulsory for 3rd year. But they have to be done outside.

College Events

Infinity, every even semester it's a fun event which is celebrated and a celebrity is also called. Aura, Hostel fests are held every semester, Atom the tech fest, Binary, There are way too many events going on to list out here.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is expensive according to most people. But people opting for management quota consider it feasible comparing to the management quota of other colleges 2,00,000 per annum is the tuition fee, 37,500 per annum is the transport fee anywhere in Bangalore.

Campus Life

To my knowledge, I would say that my college has the best facilities for extracurricular and sport or cultural activities. Every student is pushed to participate in any of the events to develop a personality and also stay fit.

Hostel Facilities

Not opting for a hostel but I have been to the hostel that is situated on the campus. From my experience, I can say that the hostels are clean and actually pretty nice to live in. Unlike boys hostels of most colleges.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors of our college really help out. They support us in every way possible and we have developed a good friendship in the process. There are really good people who are not only talented but also supportive of others' talents.

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
