Entrance Preview

I took admission into this college through lateral entry after completion of my diploma and entrance was conducted by college itself. Admissions into this college is based of your % and marks scored in entrance exam. I choose this college because this is the only college in the globe of its kind which has b.tech degree for carpet technology.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course that is b.tech in carpet and textile technology focus in both textile and carpets and we will have knowledge of both the things at a time.

Internships Opportunities

I have done my internship in brinton carpets india ltd, pune and it was very good experience for us to internship in brintons as it is one of the worlds best carpet company and i got 3000 rs / month as stipend.

Our college has 100% placement record till now and as there are very few colleges which have textile technology so placements will be very good.

College Events

Our college conducts vihangam that is our annul day which is celebrated very colourfully and many colleges and schools participate in the event.

Fees and Financial Aid

I did not avail any of them but uttar pradesh and bihar state students get scholarships.

Campus Life

In our college mostly we are boys and ratio will be around 3/10 f/m and we have all sports activities conducted in the college and our college has all kinds of labs that we require in our subjects.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel as one of the best when compared with many of our friends colleges hostel. For out of state students hostel fee is included in college fees and our fees is 85000/annum which includes college fee, hostel fee and mess fee.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni is not soo good since our college has been started only 8 years back but senior are very good.

Faculty

Our faculty is good and all of them are Ph.d in textile or relavent feild.

The Placement In all the Branch is really impressive except civil branch , CSE & IT has offer per student placement of 2 to 3 Companies and average package of 5 to 6 lakh, while in ther branches 90% of student get placed with average package og 3.6 lakh , oly civil suffer in placement with only sucess rate og nearly 30%.

Galgotias College: A college that underwhelms you in every way but never allows you to complaint.

Placement Experience:

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year, the internship opportunities are open for students to gain and improve the skills. Highest placement is 58 lakh and average package is 7.35 lakhs. Around 90% students get placed in college. After getting degree, I do the job.

The placements are very bad in this college...the packages offered to students are very low...about 3lpa on average....number of offers recieved by students is also very less...around 20% students get placed that too at very less packages

Best private and affordable college in Lucknow

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students become eligible to sit in the campus placements. There are maximum tech companies are only visit in our college for placement like HCL, TCS and some more. The highest package was offered is 12-LPA and the average package were offered is 3-LPA. At my branch 20 to 40% students are placed every year at campus placements.
