MVIT Review

MVIT is a good college to get excellence in your field. It provides good result each and every year I'm academic and as well as in placement. It also encourage your other talents and allow to attend various competition at various college.

For B.Tech, it is of eight semester with 6 theory paper and three labs each. First year will have all engineering papers as basic like Civil, Mech, CSC, ECE for Electrical engineering. Theory paper will be of 100 mark in which 25 is our internals rewarded by our faculties.

We have a separate team for placement which will bring number of companies to our college for placement. If you cleared all your papers at the time of placement, you have more chance of getting placed in any one of the company. Internship are provided for excellent students based on their performance in competition conducting by the MNC'S.

We celebrate sport day, science day, etc.,. The science day is conducted as innovator day and in that each department will conduct various competition for other college student like paper presentation, short films, etc.,.

If you are a centac candidate, then per year you have to pay around 55k-60k and bus fees if you need bus transportation, in this 25k will be provided by Pondicherry government. If your are a Management candidate then you have to pay around 60k-70k per year.

Our college tied up with life insurance and it has insurance policy for each and every student studying. Pondicherry government provides education loan for students with week financial background with low and almost zero interest.

Our college has very good lab infrastructure with excellent equipment like lathe machine for Mechanical and transformers, microcontrollers for Electrical and Electronic engineering students. We have a cricket team which comprises students of all the department and year Irrespectively.

I have not used hostel during college since my home is some what near to college, but my friends have used it. It will be good and it also has mess inside itself so you can get three times food in the hostel.

Each and every year before placement their will be many mock interviewsin which our senior and alumni's will guide us and motivate us to reach our goal. At the time of mock interview they share their interview experience and how to crack the interview.

I got B.Tech EEE Admission through Centac with cutoff of 76%. Management seat are also available in our college, through which students may get into MVIT. IF you got through Centac, you will get 25000 per year as scholarship from Pondicherry government.

Our faculty are Very good and friendly to us. They share their own experience to motivate us and guide us in right way to success. They also help us in time of need and support us to participate in any competition.
