Remarks

The university was started in 2013 and first engineering batch was started in 2015 and they passed out in 2019. Within a short span of these 5 years the university has grown outrageously. The infrastructural quality of the college is one of a kind. Film shootings do even takeplace in the university.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is designed by one of the experts in this field. It is a unique one with some courses like personal and professional development being included in all 6 semesters. Exam structure is as follows; 2 tests of 30 marks each with weightage of 15% are conducted, 20 marks assignment with 10% weightage, 10 marks quiz and 10 marks other curricular activities with overall weightage of 10% is also included and an end term exam of 100 marks weighing 50% to the overall semester grade is conducted.

Placement Experience

3.5

The college provides placements and job opportunities to a variety of firms including flipkart, infosys, etc. Yes, the college provides internship. But since I am a first year student and our batch being the first in this course currently we don't have any experience. But the students in other departments of our college have a good opinion about the internships being provided by the college.

College Events

4.5

Our college celebrates various events including cultural, global, religious, ethnic, etc. All students involve in one or other kind of activities being celebrated in the college. Chief guests from various fields are brought in to the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is very feasible compared to the other colleges of same type. Comparing the fees levied by the private and deemed to be universities and colleges ,our college charges a minimal rate. The fees for the entire Bcom (Hons) with CMA US is 1,50,000 per year which makes up to 4,50,000 for 3 years of course duration.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides various types of scholarships including merit, sports, sc/st, regional quota, etc. The university also provides assistance to avail loan for the students. I had availed a merit scholarship for having 90% above marks in 12th. A total of 30,000 was reduced from my total annual fees for the first year.

Campus Life

5

The college promotes extracurricular activities a lot. Special time slots have been arranged for library, cultural activities, sports activities, mentoring, current affairs, etc. The labs are highly equipped with trained lab staffs. There is a indoor table tennis court, a soccer field, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a cricket pitch and other indoor games. There is also an auditorium with a capacity of nearly 700-800 students.

Hostel Facilities

3

No, I haven't opted for hostel. But I do know some of the details of the hostel infrastructure, facilities and rate. The charge for double sharing room per person is 1,50,000 p.a. For triple sharing per person rate is 1,20,000 p.a. The hostel fees includes the mess, transportation, electricity, wifi, washing and other miscellaneous charges.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the senior students are very helpful. But as I said ours is a new program and we don't have any seniors in our department. But in the university we do have seniors and alumnus in Mba, engineering, law, etc. We all live in the college in a healthy and friendly atmosphere.

Admission

I applied in management quota. The process was simple. I was asked to submit the copies of my 10th and 12th marklist along with my aadhar and birth certificate copies on application with a fees of Rs.1000. On allotment of seat the first installment of fees was asked to be paid.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty of the college is highly versatile and experienced with some of the faculties being well known over India with nearly two decades of experience. Moreover all the faculties are readily available for the students to enroute us to victory.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. Our college has a dedicated placement department that really guides and supports us through the whole process. Big companies like Deloitte and KPMG visit the campus every year, and since I’m doing B.Com + ACCA, there are plenty of great opportunities in finance and accounting. Last year, around 8 students from the B.Com batch got placed in finance roles. The average package was about ?6 LPA. The best part is that placements keep getting better every year, and the college has maintained a 100% placement record. They’ve even tied up with foreign companies, which opens up more global opportunities for us. After completing my degree, I plan to build a strong career in finance—hopefully starting with a reputed company like Deloitte or KPMG—and later explore opportunities abroad.

Placement Experience:

The college offers placement through the COC (Career Opportunities) cell. Students become eligible for placements by the 5th Semester. The companies which come to hire include the Big 4s, (KPMG, Delloite, EY and BCG), Fedral Bank,TCS, etc. Almost 70% of students opt for higher eduaction so the less number of students get placed at the UG level at least. I am personally figuring out which path to choose but I have placement in mind at the end of the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My specific aspect of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course is the ACCA along with Bcom. Most importantly the 9 paper exemptions provided that gives flexibility in the context of studying. The curriculum is well corporate and real world oriented. They prepare us on how to face the real corporate world through their curriculum by conducting different seminars and workshops.
