About my college

Infrastructure is bad but teaching and staffs are very good and talented. payment method is old no online payments are there and the library is very good and huge.the atmosphere is good because there are lot of trees which give peace of mind and fresh air.

The syllabus is very old.they follow the old syllabus till now.exams are conducted semester wise. Each academic year contains two semester exams conducted for each six months. evaluation of papers are done by the faculty of the college itself.

Campus interview is conducted for the final year students and there are many placements every year.In my department there are many students who got placement as teachers in school and some in language related jobs.my college is ranked number 1 in Madurai so there are many companies offer for campus interviews

Culturals are not permitted in our college due to some problems our college is government aided so there is no financial support for grand celebrations.every year sports day is celebrated and there are drama activities for English and tamil department

The fees is very low because the college is government aided.semester fees is below three thousand rupees and exam fees is below thousand rupees.hostel fees will range between twenty thousand to twenty five thousand including food fees which is charged monthly according to food but its affordable.

Scholarship is provided to the students by the government in which the amount will vary depending upon the caste.scholarship is provided only for the students whose father's annual income is below two lakhs rupees.

Extracurricular activities like drama is conducted for English department and tamil department There are labs for chemistry and biology.sports teams are given importance and the coaching is also good

Senior students are friendly and helpful in all aspects.alumini meeting is held every year. senior students guide us in teaching and also in extra curricular activities and they motivate us.

I got admission by the way of merit.they select students by the marks they scored in the subject they want to join.for English and tamil they see only that subject marks but for other subjects they see cut off marks. there are no recommendations accepted by the College committee.

College management selects the faculties by merit so they are very talented and very brilliant they teach the students effectively and friendly The faculties are the main pillars of this college they are the reason behind the good name of the college.
