Remarks

It's nice college to study and gain knowledge. The college teach us dignity and respect to others in our environment. Not also they teach syllabus apart from that they teach life lesson and also a professional behaviour.

Course Curriculum Overview

It was a nice curriculum and syllabus for engineering degree. The exam consists of 8 semester each semester have 6 papers and 3 laboratories. There are totally 48 papers in engineering syllabus in Pondicherry University.

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities are very good they only bring reputed company to requrite students. They also provide internship in many platforms and company. they also provide stipend for the people who are suffer from poverty.

College Events

Our college conduct many events and symposium. About 75 event are conducted per department yearly. They provide many platforms for students to achieve in their passion and they conduct a grand cultural event yearly once.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is normal and it is acceptable by parents they also provide extra curricular activities for the fees the fees structure is very much feasible for us but it causes some unwanted fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yup, there are some scholarship available for the below poverty students and physically disabled students they provide free transportation,books, reading materials and others. They also provide education loan

Campus Life

This college consists of many extra curricular activities likes sports, symposium, celebrations and others. They conduct sports day and it consists of thousands of event for students to show their sports based skills.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni of our college comes to our instituition yearly and tell about the upcoming opportunities and projects related to our field and conduct some technical event to check our ability. They also discuss major issues in the modern world and need us to create a successful solutions for upcoming problems

Admission

Through online or CENTAC Counseling. we should apply for the counseling in Pondicherry University and they call you for selection process in the particular date then you have to attend the counseling and choose your favourite degree in favourite college

They well experienced and professional faculty and also they update themselves day to day in their respective fields. They are only reason for us to become a successful person in life not only syllabus but also they teach us struggle in life

Likes

Hostel students say they get good quality food with affordable fee
Few teachers who are really cared about the students and their career

Dislikes

College buses are not in proper condition. Very poor maintenance
Many faculties are very lethargic and they do not complete the syllabus on time
Day by day placement sector is becoming poor. Students are not getting proper placements.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement from 3rd year 6th semester itself but the college does not bring any company for placement on time. 5 years back standard companies lkke tsc, hcl, cts etc used to come. But nowaday it is very rare. Lowest package is 2 lpa and highest package is 6 lpa. Average is 4 lpa. Very least students get placed. Try off campus. Do not believe the college

An overview of NITPY

Likes

Good faculty who encourage hands on learning and elaborate practical aspects of engineering in detail
A fully committed group of students (especially seniors) who strive to make the college better by taking many initiatives.
Ragging free campus, very friendly seniors

Dislikes

Construction work still underway, causing minor disturbances
Connectivity issue with main cities as the location is not exactly in Puducherry main city

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements starting from 6th semester onwards Many famous comapnies like Nvidia, Samsung, ABB, Hitachi, Goldman Sachs, Ford, BHEL, BEL, Tata, L&T etc visit the campus The higest package overall is 16 LPA, average is 11LPA More than 75% of the students sitting for placements get placed My plans after degree not decided yet

The College Campus is so good and for me the College during rain is heaven
The Canteen has a good quality food with less cost making it as budget friendly
The Teachers aren't fully good but there are few gems who teaches the best

Dislikes

The other 50 percentage of teachers who are worst
There is nothing to dislike I love my college and I enjoy being here

The Course curriculum are well structured and it covers all from basic to advanced and my course have even essential Eee paper will may help a lots of students and they have optional papers too for students

Remarks:

College management is awerage a little improvement needed in infrastructure and required more place for parking.and need a good ground for sports activity. And should include some more cultural programs.they have to provide some more industrial exposure and internships to students.

About my College

Remarks:

They reduced the tution fee of our College and they brought lot of external certified course classes based on their courses. The negative remark was the infrastructure of our ground is reduced due to build of new building.
