Remarks

I would say overall experience is average. Academics is not that good you need to study by yourself. But the hostel and extracurricular activities compensate for that. I would not suggest a middle class family to spend their entire life's earning in this college. This college is only for the upper class families now. The admission in the college is not that good as well. There are not many students pursuing this college in recent years.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Course curriculum is average. There are subjects which are of no use. Some of the subjects are good. There are mainly two exams conducted per semester (mid and end). Regular class assessments are there like test, assignment, lab exam, projects, etc. Grading is relative.

Placement Experience

3

For computer science branch placement is good. But for the rest branches placement is almost null. I am currently in 4th year cs branch, and I can see mechanical students sitting in the cs companies. Yes, again for cs they provide internship but for the rest search for yourself.

College Events

4.5

A fest with a name of 67th km milestone is celebrated every year and it has many events. A sports fest named Hero's challenge is also celebrated every year. Many colleges come to participate in sports like basketball, football, cricket, table tennis, lawn tennis, etc. Other music and dance events also take place at regular intervals. You will get entertainment most of the times.

Fee Structure And Facilities

When I took admission the complete fees including tuition, hostel, laundry, mess for 4 years was approximately 16lacs. Every year they incremented the fees stating some or the other reason. Now it has reached approximately 20lacs at present which is very expensive compared to other colleges of same rank.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, there are many facilities of academic scholarship. No sports quota or scholarship. Students get scholarship based on their JEE score and 12th score. Scholarship students need to maintain at least 7 gpa and 80% attendance else they will lose the scholarship.

Campus Life

4

Yes, there are constant extracurricular activities running throughout the year like many music and dance competition just for entertainment. There are various clubs and club activities also run simultaneously with the academics. Almost every major sport is available like cricket, table tennis, football, basketball, badminton, kabaddi, volleyball snooker, lawn tennis, etc.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostels are excellent. They have two types of hostels for boys, normal building having rooms and apartments. For girls it is just apartments. Apartments are expensive than normal ones. But they are also better.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, senior students are very helpful. You won't find a single case of raging, abusing, assaulting. You can run to any senior for help in any matter be it academic or non academic. They also become good friends through extracurricular activities.

Admission

I Filled a form at first place. It contained an essay as well. Shortlisting was done based on your marks in 10th and 12th or JEE marks and how well you wrote the essay. Interview at the campus. Admission confirmation

Faculty

1.5

Faculty are below average. Some of them don't have the knowledge of the subject they teach. Some of them did crash course of the subject. Some are lineant while others are very strict. They shuffle the faculty and assign subjects to them without the consent of the faculty itself.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I am very fond of computers and mobile devices since my childhood and want to learn the work behind these smart gadgets. Overall faculty students ratio is good it is approximately 1:40. Most of the teachers are M.tech qualified from prestigious universities like Jamia and Aligarh and some PhD holders as well. As far as teaching is concerned, the overall methodology is good and don't expect some game changing scenarios. Most of the time, term exams happen in timely manner. Due to covid there was some sort of irregularities but now it is all good right now. Passing exams is not that much challenging if you have basic understanding of concepts and ability to apply them. Most of questions comes from previous year papers.
