Course Curriculum Overview
Our course is inclined more towards the in depth knowledge of literature of around the world as well as of India. The subjects maybe very lengthy and theoretical approach might be more emphasized, but gaining knowledge has been an interesting process here on the whole.
College Events
There are many cultural and art-encouraging events held in our college for the recreational purpose for students who work hard throughout the year. The unity and response we get from the students is notable and even the teachers participate in all these events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is average, which means it is not that expensive but not much feasible as well. The fees for every course in our college approximately falls around the same range.The facilities provided to students in exchange of the fees paid is somewhat worth it.
Campus Life
Our college has a lot laboratories for students from various courses like Microbiology and Biochemistry. A library with thousands of books for reference also helps the students in referring and making notes. An annual sports meet is also organized by the college wherein all the students in our college participate actively in all the sports events.
Admission
If a student wants to seek admission for the English literature degree, the college sees the marks you have scored in English subject in your 10+2 grade examination. The overall percentage also matters. There will be a list of selected students by the college after which the students can further proceed with the other formalities.
Faculty
All the teachers in our department either have a masters or a doctorate degree in the English literature field which makes them the most experienced people. They teach well and it is good to know others' perspectives as well on a given paragraph or a story.
