Remarks
The college campus is very good. It has sports grounds, a gym. There is also a library with many books for all the academic years spending in this college. There is a facility to take the books home and read them and then return them. Overall the college is good.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well planned every year. We receive the course plans in the form of a book provided by the college after the commencement of the college academic year. Also, the timetable is planned according to the syllabus.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides internships in only a few aspects. Such as social awareness. There is no actual course-related internship provided by the college right now. And also the certificate is provided but no stipend is given.
Placement Experience
There are many companies (core and also IT) visiting our college every year. But most of the students of Computer Science and Electronic branches are placed. Very few students from other branches are getting placed as per my knowledge.
College Events
There are many numbers of events celebrated in our college. Both cultural and technical. Every year cultural events are conducted by the college. There will also be technical events like Robo events and many more.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for CET students is feasible. But the fee structure for other students such as Comedk students is very expensive. Although there are many facilities provided by the college, it's expensive.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no scholarship or loan facility provided by the college right now. Actually, students apply for loans and scholarships from other banks and government organizations. For more details about this, you can contact the office in the college.
Campus Life
As I have mentioned earlier, there are many extracurricular activities conducted by the college. There are sports grounds(with a gym). There are different types of labs to give hands-on experience to the students.
Hostel Facilities
There is also a good hostel facility provided by the college. Although I don't live in the hostel I have seen the hostel many times(from inside also). There is a canteen in the hostel. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The rating as per me: 8/10.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is quite good. The senior students also cooperate with the juniors. There is no ragging. It is strictly prohibited by the college. Most of the seniors help in academics and other activities if asked by the juniors.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is well planned every year. There are two internal exams and one end sem exam every semester. Each internal exam carries 20 marks. The assignment is given for 10 marks and the remaining 50 marks for the end sem exam(this is only for theory). The marks criteria changes for the lab.
Admission
I got admission through Comedk examination. I secured a good rank in this exam and choose this college in the option entry. Then I paid the Comedk fees in Bangalore at the verification time and got the admission letter from them.
Faculty
There are many professors in the college for different subjects or courses. The staff members most of the time help the students with their doubts and clarify them. They provide real-life examples.
