Remarks
The negative remarks the college will be that it lacks external exposure. There is almost no enthusiasm among students for competing against other colleges in various fields of programming and other technical wonders.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am from Electronics and Communication Engineering branch. We have a good balance between practical and theory training for our core subjects and other engineering subjects. Our exam structure includes both internals as well as external exams for theory and practical.
Placement Experience
The placement cell our college makes sure at least everyone gets placed. But there comes a problem with the individual skills, an individual in order to be placed in a decent company must have the required skill set. No, our college does not provide any internship.
College Events
We have multiple events in our college. Ranging from cultural festivals to special day celebration. Also, there is an annual sports celebration in our college. We also celebrate Independence Day and Republic Day in our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is the Best part of our college. The maximum fees is paid by the government as it is an government financed college. We have to pay a bare minimum of 10,000 rupees at the start of our semester and that is our 1 year fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
We get a scholarship based on the merit list in our 1st year of college. The criteria for the scholarship is that a student must have scored good marks in his/her 12th exams. There are many more scholarship opportunities for bright mind in our college.
Campus Life
The sports cell is the best quality of our college. There are lots of sports we can play and participate. The labs of our college are also well equipped with required and modern instruments. Along with these there is also a Central Library for book lovers.
Alumni/Alumna
There is a strong alumni network present in our college. Since, the college was established in the year 1984 the network of alumni is very good and they provide their constant support to students both financially and for knowledge.
Admission
The admission process of this college is through merit list of class 12th exams. The average of 3 subjects i.e physics, chemistry and maths is taken for the merit list. We have to fill online form and select college of our choice.
Faculty
The faculty of our college is somewhat good and experienced. They have proper knowledge of subjects. But, there are also few inexperienced teachers who lacks experience and their teaching method somewhat differs.
