FXEC Admission 2025

Applications for different Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs in the area of Engineering, Management, and Computer Applications. Eligible candidates may submit an application in the offline mode by following the steps below:

Offline Mode:

1. You may collect the application form and prospectus, either personally or through designated credential group admission offices in selected cities.
2. Complete the application form with accurate personal and academic details.
3. Attach self-attested copies of the required documents, including a recent passport-size photograph.
4. Submit the duly filled application form along with the necessary documents to the Admission Unit at Francis Xavier Engineering College, Tirunelveli

Documents to be Attached with the Application Form:

• Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates.
• Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the last attended institution.
• Community Certificate (if applicable).
• Nativity Certificate (if required for state quota or regional preferences).
• Entrance exam scorecard (if applicable).
• Recent passport-size photographs

Selection Procedure:

• For B.E./B.Tech programs: Admission is based on merit, considering the marks obtained in the 10+2 examination. Candidates who have appeared for the JEE Main examination may be given priority.
• For M.E./M.Tech, MBA, and MCA programs: Candidates must have a relevant bachelor's degree. Admission is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and performance in the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET). GATE-qualified candidates are also eligible for M.E./M.Tech programs.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission:

• Original mark sheets and certificates of Class 10th and 12th.
• Original Transfer Certificate (TC).
• Original Community Certificate (if applicable).
• Original Nativity Certificate (if required).
• Original Entrance Exam Scorecard (if applicable).
• Recent passport-size photographs.
