Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is designed in the way that every student can prepare for the exam in a easy way .The University offers Full time B.Tech Degree programs in various disciplines of Engineering and Technology. Admission to B.Tech programs shall be made as per the rules prescribed by the University from time to time.The admissions shall be made on the merit of the candidates in JEE(Main / any other National Level Entrance Examination as specified by the University.

Placement Experience

Placement is very good. Since it is very reputed and very old college placement percentage is very good. Here 13 branch are available , leaving 2 or 3 every banch have best placement opportunities. In some branch only teacher effort for internship program.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is morderate. Approximately for non hostler the fee is 98000 and it is not that much as college also helps students to get state scholarship. For hostels you need to pay 50000 more which is included with food charges.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is provided by the UP GOVT to the students whose annual income is less 2 lac/anum the college also provides loan facility to the students from central bank of India, HBTU branch. And they is very less hectic process to get loan from the bank as it is in coordination with the college.

Campus Life

The University is committed for overall personality development of the students. The USAC activities are aimed at grooming extra-curriculum skills of the students. These sub-councils & clubs are: Literary Sub-council. Sports Sub-council. Cultural Sub-council. Photography Club. Yoga Club. Hobby Club. NSS.

Admission

To get admission in this college,one must have to clear joint entrance exam that is conducted by CBSE in the month of march-april every year.after that this college has own counselling process so students have to go through .

Faculty

Faculty is superb but not all guest faculty aren't that good. Syllabus is too vast so that it can't be completed specially in odd semester. Senior professor have to attend meetings too so they are not so frequent in taking lectures.

Placement Experience:

Placement is already average and also increasing every year and i have heard from a masters senior that in 4 days 1000 students got placed and still placements are going on and i can say it is pretty good and improving and increasing every year and our college also has wipro labs ios development centre and many more things and people get eligible from 6th semester 3rd year and highest package was of 30-40+LPA IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES for highly skilled students and average is 5-6 LPA package dependss in skills and communication skills and confidence and all roughly 70-80% students and eligible to get placed and also for it and cse students its higher and increasing every year and so on

From 6th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Various companies visit the university including tcs, wipro, Accenture, Harman, Amdocs and they give on average of 4-5LPA. The highest packet would be arounf 35-40LPA and it was off campus. around 70 percent of the students get placed. I am working now

the students are eligible for campus placement in the last semester. the companies mostly visits the campus are Wipro,HCL ,TCS and many more. the highest package from this college was 10 /Lpa and the average one is 4.3/lpa. the percentage of students getting placed is 80%. The students become eligible for placement after 6 th semester and at the starting of 6 semester students start getting ppo i.e pre placement offers and other things . An average college, it is good if you are from middle lower class family

All About the HBTU throught the lens of a first year student.

The other colleges which i applied to were IET Lucknow , IIIT Una , IIIT Dharwad and other lower IIITs . I choose over those since this colleges reputation and placements spoke for itself they had a very good track record regarding this course and many famous companies have been coming here repeatedly. The admission in this college is through HBTU e-counselling site which is a standalone website managed by HBTU itself . It has a registration fees of 2500 rupees is non refundable . There you fill your choice of courses . The branch is alloted according to your JEE MAINS rank and your preference list . After the seat allotment letter you have to visit college and there you will have to submit your documents then you will be given a provisional admission letter and you are given a choice to upgrade your branch to the courses you have selected in your preference list. The admission in this college for UG is given through only JEE MAINS for engineering and all other branches leaving Biotechonlogy and Biochemical where you can get admission through CUET....Read More
